Let's start with you knowing that this was only a "ride & ticket" purchase. The driver picked us up and took us to the area BUT did not know where to park and was a bit lost. we drove around until we were able to park which was a bit far from the entrance. We walked about 15min to the entry gate. He purchased entry tickets and told us to meet him back at the entrance quick meant we had to walk ALL the way back when we could have met at the exit area. we texted him of he could pick us up at the exit area which he agreed. The "tour" was 3 hours not we decided to leave after 2hrs for that is really all you needed. This experience was more an "Uber" pick up/drop off with shared passengers.

The driver didn’t know the location and was not cooperative. The guide didn’t listen to us. Also it was not worth the money we were charged.

Reservations can be made from 1 person and the minimum number of participants is 4. If the minimum is not reached, the tour will be canceled, and notification will be sent via email or message 2 days prior to departure.
The driver will contact you the day before departure and will contact you via Whatsapp/Line/Wechat, etc.
In order to fairly protect the rights of all passengers, we will depart on time and will not wait for customers individually before departure on the day. Please note that if you arrive late due to personal reasons, the tour fee will not be refunded.
The order of tourist attractions may be adjusted depending on the traffic conditions on the day, the time to return to Seoul may be delayed.
Private tour includes admission and is based on 10 hours. If the time is exceeded, 25,000KRW per hour will be paid in cash to the driver.
Only one flower exhibition is visited as a tourist site
Private tour departure and end points must be in Seoul. Additional fees will be charged for additional tourist sites and boarding and disembarking outside of Seoul.
When boarding at Incheon Airport/Gimpo Airport and disembarking in Seoul, an additional airport pickup fee of 80,000KRW will be paid in cash on site. 7-9 people cannot board when departing from the airport.
