- We provide free pick-up and drop-off service for customers in downtown Shanghai. If you need to go to places outside these areas, additional fees will be incurred. The specific amount will be communicated and confirmed by our customer service after the order is confirmed.
- Time arrangement:
- The standard departure is around 9 o'clock. The trip usually ends around 5 o'clock and you are sent back to the hotel. But your needs are the most important, and the time can be adjusted flexibly. You can negotiate the best departure time with the customer service after booking. During peak holidays, it is recommended to depart early to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable journey. (The order of attractions in the itinerary can be adjusted appropriately according to actual conditions and customer needs)
- Service time reminder:
- Please note that for a one-day tour in downtown Shanghai, our overall service time is controlled at about 8 hours; for a one-day tour from Shanghai to the surrounding areas, our full-day service time is controlled at about 10 hours. If you exceed the time, please pay the overtime fee. We will communicate and confirm the specific details with you in advance.
- Warm reminder: If you cannot locate it, you can choose an address within the pick-up range at will. Just fill in your actual hotel address in the special notes.
Please note that Yu Garden will be closed for maintenance on Mondays. For this reason, we have specially arranged the City God Temple in downtown Shanghai as an alternative tourist attraction for you to visit and experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
