- As the altitude of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is high, it is not recommended for children under 3 years old and guests over 70 years old to join the tour. If guests outside this age range insist on joining the tour, or any consequences caused by their own health conditions that are not within our control, the guests shall bear the responsibility themselves.
- The Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Glacier Park cableway has a high altitude and will be shut down for maintenance around the 20th of each month. It will also be shut down in windy weather. You will be notified of the maintenance in advance, and you may have the opportunity to change the date or package. If it is shut down due to strong winds on the day of your trip, we will actively replace it with another cableway for you, but other cableways may already be fully booked that day, and you can only get a refund for the cableway fee. You can also continue to visit Blue Moon Valley in the scenic area. We are very sorry and hope you will understand.
