Footwear & Layering (Crucial): While we provide -40C Regatta thermal suits (sizes XS-XXXL & Youth 110-145 cm, confirmable up until departure day), insulated winter boots are NOT provided. Please wear warm, thick-soled winter boots, wool socks, and thermal wool or fleece base layers.
Physical Passport Mandatory: Because our 250 km weather routing frequently crosses into Kilpisjarvi (Finnish Lapland) for clear continental skies, every guest must carry a valid physical passport or EU/EEA national ID card (digital phone photos of IDs are not accepted).
Battery Care & Photography: Sub-zero Arctic temperatures drain phone batteries rapidly—keep your smartphone and a portable power bank inside a warm inner pocket. No DSLR or tripod is needed, as your guide captures high-resolution RAW & JPEG portraits for you (delivered within 24 hours).
