Huaqing Palace has ancient bath ruins such as the Lotus Soup and Begonia Soup, which were used by the emperor and his consort, respectively. The Five-Room Hall is where Chiang Kai-shek resided when the "Xi'an Incident" occurred, and nearby is the "Persuasion Pavilion." It is famous for the love story of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang and Yang Guifei, and Bai Juyi's "Song of Everlasting Regret" adds a romantic touch. In addition, there is a rich hot spring culture here.
The Terracotta Army is located 1.5 kilometers east of the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang in Lintong District, Xi'an. It is a burial pit of the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang, covering an area of 22,780 square meters, and is known as the "Eighth Wonder of the World." Pit 1 is a rectangular military formation mainly composed of infantry and chariots; Pit 2 is a multi-arms pit covering cavalry, chariots, and infantry, and is the essence of the Terracotta Army pits; Pit 3 is smaller in scale and contains war horses and warrior figurines; there is also an unfinished Pit 4.
Grand Tang Mall is located at the foot of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in Yanta District, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, starting from the South Square of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda in the north, reaching the Tang City Wall Ruins in the south, Cien East Road in the east, and Cien West Road in the west. The block is 2,100 meters long from north to south, 500 meters wide from east to west, with a total construction area of 650,000 square meters. It is an immersive, multi-functional Grand Tang cultural smart block. Construction started in 2002, completed and operated in 2009, and was listed as one of the first pilot projects for the renovation and upgrading of pedestrian streets in the country in 2019, and was selected into the first batch of national demonstration pedestrian street lists in 2020.
Da Ci'en Temple played an important role in the dissemination of Buddhism and cultural exchange. Master Xuanzang translated Buddhist scriptures and promoted Buddhism here, making it the Buddhist center and cultural exchange hub at that time, with profound historical and cultural heritage.
