After purchasing tickets through Klook, you'll need to reserve your visit date on the Mandai website, which is straightforward; just enter the code. The price is cheaper than booking on-site and includes a free tram ride. There are four pick-up/drop-off points, and the tram runs in a figure-eight loop. If you're up for it, you can walk. It takes a full day to see everything. I recommend catching all three shows in the morning, taking a break for lunch, and then exploring the rest in the afternoon. I don't recommend buying combo tickets for multiple zoos in one day; you definitely won't have enough time to see everything.

We had a very good experience at the Singapore Zoo, with a great variety of animals and well-designed enclosures that make it enjoyable for all ages. We stayed about four hours due to fatigue, but it’s definitely ideal to allot a full day if you want to explore everything properly. Be prepared for a lot of walking and warm weather, bringing a portable fan really helps. There are also tram services available, which are convenient for resting between sections and managing the distance, especially for families. Overall, it’s a worthwhile and well-maintained attraction.

great place to spend 2-3 hours in. very easy to navigate and amenities are abundant. i bought a package deal from klook 5% off for both zoo and river wonders. a good deal compared to the original price. redeeming ticket is also easy. no problem or hassle at all. highly rec!

Worth going back too! It's a must to visit all the diff. parts of mandai as the experiences also differs. The animals looks healthy and well taken care of. They also did a great job making the conservation areas feel like they're not caged.

Booked the 4 in 1 admission combo ticket including Singapore Zoo, Bird Paradise, River Wonders and Night Safari with Tram Ride via Klook App. The combo ticket proved beneficial in terms of pricing and convenience. The combo ticket is valid for 7 days from your first visit to Night Safari. Great concept of open zoo adding to the experience of visiting such a wildlife paradise.

Mandai Wildlife Reserve is must visit place in Singapore Trip. All the 4 zoos are ultimate. The combo ticket of all 4 zoos is providing great discount. We need to reserve Night Safari ticket first at the Mandai site. Then visit rest zoos in 7 days.

experience: there are tropical tigers, elephants, rhinos, giraffe, chimpanzee, and meerkats in the Singapore zoo. The animals looks good, healthy, well treated and happy. Especially, Malayan tapirs are eating and walking around in the Night Safari.
You can take the tram to look around the lovely animals and then go around to watch animals closely by walking. The experience is wonderful in the Night Safari and zoo.

We had a wonderful exprience! We under estimated the size of this zoo and came around 10:30am (rather than the opening time). There was a whole kids area, lots of activities and different shows and displays. Again, I always recommend klook because of how easy it is to just scan and walk in. There was just one thing I didn't do (which I should have). Although you select the date, there is an extra step where you have to input your booking number and select a time slot for the day. For the one I chose there was only one time slot (the 8am - 6pm), so I thought it was automatic so I didn't do it right away. I was able to get this done during the taxi ride over so that was ok. It just took me a few minutes (just a heads up for you booking this). I recommend this family activity as my child definitely enjoyed.
