Honestly, it wasn't cheap. But I can say it was definitely worth it. My friend and I booked an appointment for hair color and cut. All the staff were very attentive and nice. Got offered drinks more than once, got a comfort pillow to rest my hands in. My hair stylist Yeram was very nice and helpful. I told her I was very bad at styling my hair so I wanted a hair style that is easy to maintain. She gave me a bunch of tips on which styles would look good on me and how to maintain it. They do recommend scalp treatments and products depending on your needs. Bear in mind: all the recommendations and products are extra charge (including the hair style recommendation since it's individualized for your face and takes extra time). Both my friend and I liked our hair cuts. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

I looked left and right, and clearly selected Myeongdong, but after confirmation, it changed to Sinsa-dong 😡. Please remember that what you chose is just the basic package, and the spa shampoo was not as advertised; it was just like a regular shampoo, not like the pictures. If you choose not to pay extra, it's pretty much the same as getting your hair washed and cut in Hong Kong. Unless you go to a very high-end salon where the prices are extremely expensive. Otherwise, the prices here are high, and if you don't have good language skills, including English and Korean, communication is impossible. I saw other people getting a drink, even just plain water would be nice! Did they give me an eye mask when cutting my hair? Everyone else got one, but I didn't! So, everything was lacking 😡😡😡. My friend had an even worse experience; she paid a higher price for a perm, but in the end, she only got a wash, cut, and blow-dry, just like me, because if she wanted to dye her hair, she would have to pay an additional 200,000 won.

I'll just get a wash and cut, as hair dyeing costs extra.
