[Timing] Timing begins at the scheduled appointment time, and sessions cannot be split. Changing attractions, outfits, or taking breaks during the session will be included in the timing. If the customer is late due to their own reasons, no refunds will be given, and the session will not be extended. If the customer voluntarily cancels the shoot due to their own reasons, no refunds will be given. [Photo Retrieval] After the photoshoot, basic edited photos will be provided within 24 hours. After the customer selects their photos, professionally edited photos will be provided within 7 business days. If you require VIP scene shooting, you will need to cover the photographer’s fees. [Satisfaction] If you have any questions about the photographer’s work on the day of the shoot, please communicate with the photographer or customer service promptly to resolve them. You can view the photos on the photographer’s camera at any time during the shoot. If you are not satisfied, please let us know on the spot, and we will arrange a reshoot. We will not handle any post-shoot feedback. [Weather Conditions] If the photoshoot cannot be carried out as scheduled due to weather or other force majeure reasons, and the business cancels the order, this is not the business’s fault. Our store will actively negotiate with you to postpone or reschedule the photoshoot date. [Other] The photographer’s service hours are 9:00-18:00. If you require a fireworks session, please inform us in advance and pay the additional fee. You cannot bring your own wedding dresses, formal wear, suits, veils, etc. for the package. If you require a light wedding dress shoot, wedding dress shoot, commercial shoot, etc., please inform us in advance before placing your order. Otherwise, the photographer has the right to refuse the shoot or refuse to deliver the photos. [Precautions] Please book and purchase tickets in advance, bring relevant identification, plan your transportation, and keep your mobile phone accessible. Do not go to dangerous places during the photoshoot to avoid accidents. Please take good care of your valuables to avoid loss. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian during the photoshoot. If the photographer’s equipment is damaged due to human factors, compensation will be required at the original price.
