What to expect

Upon arriving at Wuling Farm, you'll have ample time to explore this secret realm of beauty in all seasons! In the afternoon, we'll gather to descend the mountain, returning to Yilan and Taipei in sequence, concluding a day trip filled with memories. During the cherry blossom season, there are many cars and people, and the weather is very good. The driver was very considerate of the passengers and stopped on the way back to let us have hot food and buy cabbage. great!

We made a reservation for March 6th at 6:30 AM to go to Wuling Farm and have already paid. We arrived at 6:15 AM but no driver came to pick us up. We are very disappointed and anxious. How should we get a refund? Our order number is CP PQ Q645231. Please contact us as soon as possible. 😡😡
I didn't see anyone when I arrived. I waited for more than ten minutes but no one showed up. I couldn't contact anyone. The customer service didn't answer the phone either. What's going on? I won't use KLOOK again! If foreigners don't want to lose money, I hope you can use kkday. At least they will take the initiative to line.
The actual experience was so different from the original itinerary! Even the resting places are different. Did I misunderstand something?
