3 Day Pink Lake and Pinnacles Desert Chinese-Guided Tour

Cindy was a really good host; laid back yet efficiently set out to achieve all our trip objectives. She an all-in-one; standing in both as a driver and tour guide :) itinerary was pleasant; and the seaplane ride is highly recommended albeit a tad pricey. we managed to see the pink lake from above and the plane ride lasted 1.5hrs. otherwise, some destinations were really hard to reach hence the long bus travel rides - will recommend tour to people who don’t drive or has an elderly in the group :)

Highly recommend the tour to the tourists that cannot drive but want to explore these spots. Great arrangement on accommodations and meals. The guide+driver is really responsible. Overall, it was a really great experience. It is worth to join the optional plane tour above the pink lake too.

Director Song was very enthusiastic and talkative, and he was also very flexible in handling the itinerary. For example, the weather was too hot on the first day and no one was in the mood to visit, so the tour guide postponed the itinerary so that the group members could rest early. He also told us a lot of information and stories about scenic spots, as well as Australian flora and fauna and life. The first day of the trip was to visit the sand dunes, lobster factory and Pinnacles. The sand dunes were too hot and windy, so it was basically impossible to play, and the whole body was covered in sand. This group provides skateboards for everyone to play on, but unfortunately it was really windy. It is recommended that you listen to the tour guide and buy a fly-proof hat. There are really many flies in the hot weather. The next day was to go to the Pink Lake. The tour guide took us to two locations to see the Pink Lake. Each has its own characteristics, the coastal cliffs of Kalbarri and the National Park. We returned to the town to watch the sunset, and we had a private small attraction with the tour guide: a beautiful red rock beach. I think Director Song is really good at pointing out the location of whales in the vast sea. On the third day, I wanted to fly to the Pink Lake in the morning, then meet up again to see the alpacas and stacked rocks, and finally returned to Perth. The best thing about this tour is that you can bring large suitcases, so you don’t have to find an extra place to store them. The food is also well arranged. There is lobster for one meal, Western food for three meals, and Chinese food for one meal, which is not bad.

The tour guide David is professional and enthusiastic, and takes good care of the whole group. The three-day drive is not short, but the scenery seen is unforgettable for a lifetime. Well worth it. We first went to sand boarding. The sand is very slippery and fine. The travel agency also thoughtfully prepared sand boards for the group members and briefly explained how to board sand boards. We also have enough time to try it, which is perhaps one of the most profound attractions in my entire Western Australia itinerary. Later, we also saw the Pinnacles, and David also talked about the reasons for the formation of strange rocks, and took care of the group members not to get lost in the desert. In addition, Pink Lake is the top priority of this itinerary. The scenery is stunning. The white clouds in the sky are reflected on the lake water, which is actually another mirror of the sky in Disney. Later, we visited the lobster factory and took pictures with the lobster, which was also an unforgettable experience. I don't know if the use of shrimp is because it is cooked in a roasted way. The shrimp meat may be better. In addition, we have also seen the window of the world, skywalk, etc. in the later itinerary. The scenery is so beautiful.

The 3-day itinerary of Pink Lake is great. Each scenic spot is wonderful and unique. The beauty of nature is amazing! David, the Chinese tour leader and driver, has rich experience and enthusiastic service, and his interesting and interesting commentary greatly adds to the whole trip. This is also an unforgettable and wonderful experience for me. I will choose Klook’s itinerary again in the future.

Since this tour allows group members to bring their luggage, we don’t need to find a place to store our luggage in Perth, which is a good arrangement. We made a mistake at the meeting place and missed the tour bus. Fortunately, there was a telephone contact provided in the email. We checked and said that the tour guide would pick up other group members first and then come back to pick us up. Fortunately, the phone card we brought can make calls. The first day of the itinerary is sand boarding, eating lobster, watching stromatolites, leaning tree, the second day is to see Pink Lake, Kalbarri National Park, Window of the World, Skywalk, and the third day is to take a small plane to see Pink Lake from the sky , Go to HMAS Sydney II Memorial, feed the alpacas, visit the small town of Geraldton, the Pinnacles, and finally return to Perth. I think the time to stay in each scenic spot is just right, I won't be in a hurry, and I won't have boring time to spare. But it took a long time by car, and the places are far away from major attractions, so there was nothing we could do. Fortunately, the tour guide was very stable and familiar with the road, and we didn't get motion sickness. In addition, there are too many flies in Kalbarri National Park. It is recommended to bring your own fan or fly repellent water. We went at the beginning of May. It was cold in the morning and evening. It was quite hot at noon and afternoon. It was very hot when we went. It was 29 to 30 degrees. The temperature difference was large, so it is recommended to check the weather forecast. You may need short-sleeved clothes and bring a Thick jackets to keep out the cold at night and early in the morning. Except for lobster for lunch on the first day and Chinese food for dinner on the second day (both delicious!), there are several options for other lunches and dinners, so don’t worry about not meeting your taste. Drinks are at your own expense. As for the hotel where we stayed for two nights, some members of the group stayed at the Best Western because the hotel was full. My friend and I stayed at the Neusto Geraldton Apartment Hotel, which is very close to the seaside park and is also very good. When the tour guide David came to pick us up, he gave us a polite and enthusiastic first impression, and then explained along the way, clear and funny, with detailed and sufficient information, and we can still remember it clearly after the trip. There are 13 people in this group, more than half of them are from Hong Kong, and it happens that David can speak a little Cantonese, which makes us feel more cordial. The tour guide will take the initiative to help take pictures, and the pictures are very good, and they will also tell us from which angle it looks better. We proposed to watch the sunset and go to the supermarket, and they would arrange for us to meet our needs. Easy to get along with, enthusiastic, and clear explanations, I am really lucky to meet this kind of tour guide, and I am very satisfied with this trip. It is also worth mentioning that Australia does not provide toothbrush and toothpaste. Fortunately, a friend reminded me to bring it myself. So don't think that there is a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste like Hong Kong Japanese Hotel!

I have never met such a enthusiastic person. Tour guide, I had a really good time. I was very happy that David took our group. The car was very comfortable. Every scenic spot we went to would teach us how to take pictures, and where to take the best pictures. An interesting, enthusiastic and chatty tour guide ＾v＾ The meals are all delicious. In fact, I am very moved by the Asian cuisine. I will not go to a relatively remote place and only have fish and chips or hamburgers to eat, haha Ha ha.
