Yuewen Music Festival 2024

the ticketing process was smooth and easy to book with klook, but the event management was worst, it is not being properly managed and cater to customer need, we missed one performance (kiss of life) due to having to exacutae suddenly and perfomance restart without fans having to come inside the venue yet. performance waiting que take to long for each artist and drinks sales are expensive despite only mineral water

Good deal! Improvements made on the last day of the music festival. The fireworks and drone show were amazing and not once but twice. Glad that the weather was cooling and good weather at night.

Looking for a full refund. The absolute worst concert experience I've ever gone through, hands down. Came for KIOF and ITZY, did not see any of them as I was stuck queuing outside trying to get in, in a queue that was not even moving. Clueless staff/security, zero clarity in instructions, a complete waste of time, energy and money to get here. Didn't even make it anywhere to the front to get my tickets scanned as all the acts I came for had finished performing. Definitely was not alone in my experience. A full refund should be given, and further compensation should be considered by the organisers/Klook, for this giant disappointment.

Very enjoyable but long queues caused by extremely elaborate security checks. A lot of waiting in between sets.

Bought the tickets at a good deal even though we only get to watch last few artist preformed at the music festival due to the heavy rain and long advertisement in between acts. We waited for almost 3hrs before the rain stopped and they should have let us get some food or drinks while waiting. It’s still considered a good deal because of TaeYang/ Big Bang.

The worst music festival ever! A very chaotic event. The event was held during the rainy season in Singapore, but there were no supporting measures. The event was suspended when it was said to be suspended. The singers started singing before the audience was seated. The entry security was stricter than that at the airport, and the queues were very busy. Extremely bad. Even though he knew it would rain, he was not allowed to bring an umbrella into the venue. The advertising time accounted for 30% of the entire performance. It completely disrespected the performers and the audience. The organizer of the scam should refund the money!

do not attend any event organised by Yuewen. they have poor attitude and poor in handling emergencies situation! cut down all the artists time but didn’t cut one min of their ads time! security is treating you like a criminal, doing all the unnecessary scanning and even asked to throw your Medicine and supplements away! the ticket price is high but we weren’t being respected at all!
