- For guests taking the day trip to Hukou Waterfall, they will generally travel in the same vehicle as those taking the Huangdi Mausoleum + Hukou Waterfall tour. After arriving at Huangdi Mausoleum, guests only visiting Hukou Waterfall will need to wait for the other tourists. They can also purchase tickets on-site to enter and tour Huangdi Mausoleum at their own expense. You are free to arrange your time during the wait.
- Hukou Waterfall shuttle bus is not included: Students, children, seniors over 65, and those with other free admission or discount certificates entering from the south entrance must bring their certificates with them. Hukou Waterfall Scenic Area requires an additional 10 RMB for insurance for those with free admission or discount certificates.
- The tour operator may appropriately adjust the order of attractions based on the actual situation, provided that the number of attractions is not reduced and the service standards are not lowered.
- Free pick-up is provided from hotels within the third ring road of Xi'an (except during national holidays such as May Day, National Day, and Spring Festival). For locations far outside the third ring road, please go to the nearest meeting point on your own. In order to ensure sufficient time for visiting scenic spots, the scope and time of early pick-up will be determined by the staff the night before the trip.
- If it is impossible to visit according to the agreed time or itinerary due to force majeure or unforeseen factors such as weather reasons and emergencies, the increased costs due to the itinerary change shall be borne by the tourists.
- During the trip, you may pass through many places (such as scenic spots, restaurants, hotels, airports, train stations, etc.) that have various types of shopping stores inside. These shopping points are not arranged by the travel agency. If tourists have shopping needs, it is a personal behavior. Please identify the quality of the goods yourself and ask the merchant for a valid shopping voucher to protect your legitimate rights and interests!
- Tourists must pay attention to their own safety and carry valuables with them! ! Do not leave valuables in hotels or tour buses! Please take care of your personal belongings during the trip. The travel agency is not responsible for compensation if losses occur due to improper personal care.
- You must bring a valid ID card with you when you depart. If you are unable to check in, take a train, check into a hotel, or visit scenic spots due to failure to bring a valid ID card, the tourist must bear the responsibility for the losses.
- If complimentary items cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as flights, weather, or scenic spot closures, the fee will not be refunded.
- If a guest voluntarily leaves the group or changes the itinerary midway for personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver. The travel agency cannot refund any fees, and the guest shall bear other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom.
- The travel agency does not recommend tourists to participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences arising from unauthorized actions by tourists.
- Tourists must participate in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency on the premise of ensuring that they are in good health, and must not deceive or conceal. If any accident occurs due to the tourist's physical discomfort, the travel agency will not be held responsible.
- Acceptance standard: Those over 70 years old must be accompanied by a family member and sign a disclaimer.

- Tourists' complaints are mainly based on the "Service Quality Survey" filled in by the tourists in Xi'an to accept and resolve disputes. If the tourist does not reflect the quality problem on this questionnaire, and does not reflect the quality problem through telephone or other means during the trip in Xi'an, it will be regarded as the tourist is satisfied.
