The specific location will be subject to the guide's notification. As guests arrive at different times, if you arrive at Nanjing South Railway Station early, please wait patiently. If you do not arrive at the meeting point within the time limit, please contact the guide promptly and proceed to Niushoushan Scenic Area on your own. • Regarding contact: Please ensure your contact is unobstructed. Within 24 hours of placing your order, staff will send confirmation information via E-MAIL or Klook voucher to confirm relevant travel information with you. Please check your inbox.
• [About the Meeting] The staff will confirm the departure time with you via WeChat no later than 22:00 the day before the trip. Please gather at the designated location and time. As this is a group tour, there may be some waiting time, please understand!
• Regarding tickets: All scenic spots require the original ID card or passport/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to enter the park. Please be sure to bring the documents you filled in when placing the order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring relevant documents or incorrect documents, any additional costs incurred will be at your own expense.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Eligibility

• Due to different standards for scenic spots/venues, children's tickets only include parking fees and guide services, excluding admission fees, which need to be paid by themselves according to the scenic spot's policy.
• For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the tour; the accompanying adult will be their guardian during the activities.
• If there are travelers aged 70 or older, they must be accompanied by at least one relative or friend aged 18-69 to participate in the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
