Reviews summaryOur recent adventure across the border to TENZ was everything I hoped it would be—AND THEN SOME! 🙌🏽✨ I’d heard the hype, but wow… this place seriously blew us away. With every level we explored, we were greeted by lots of “oh my gosh” moments, and more of that delicious, pampered feeling. They really don’t hold back on the extras—by the end of it, walking felt like a chore 😅 Those massages had us floating in full-body bliss! 💆🏻♀️ Here’s what we indulged in (and YES, it was heavenly): 👐🏽 90-min Japanese Essential Oil Massage 🦶🏽 45-min Foot Massage. This is by far, one of the best I’ve had in Asia—and I’ve had plenty! 🫧 PLUS! Unlimited hot spring access, imported fruit + perfumed young coconut, Arcade + board games & luxury amenities in the bathrooms aaaand so much more! If you’re in Hong Kong and craving a micro-escape that’s indulgent, unique, great value for $ and oh-so-relaxing, this is your sign to cross the border and soak it all in 💁🏽♀️💕
This is one of the most unique experiences I've ever had! I got the 24h bath ticket with massage and stayed almost the whole day. 💆🏼♂️I chose a Thai massage, which was very intense (if you want a relaxing massage, don't choose this). 🕜 I went on a Mon/Tue, it was busy but not crowded. 💤It possible to spend a night for fee. No booking required. If you get a late massage, you can sleep in a private massage cubicle (best option) or in the massage lobby. The chairs in the lobby are comfortable, but it's loud and bright. The capsules are pretty uncomfortable because the futon is very thin. 🍉The ticket includes unlimited fruit, tea, ice cream and bottled soft drinks. The fruit was ripe and tasty! You also get 1 free drink from the bar. 📍The spa is 5 minutes from the Futian Checkpoint metro station. ⚠️No need to take anything with you! Everything is provided (disposable underwear, pajamas, toothbrushes, unscented skincare, shower things, sleeping masks, earplugs...).
6 Hours of Pure Relaxation & Pampering I visited Tangqi Spa after a full day of shopping & it was the perfect way to unwind. I booked the Japanese Style Essential Oil Acupressure Massage (90 mins) — absolute bliss from start to finish. I also tried the Ear Cleaning (45 mins), which was surprisingly relaxing, and then added an extra 45-minute Foot Reflexology Massage because I honestly didn’t want to leave! What sets this place apart is everything that comes included with your package: Access to their hot springs, saunas, and spa baths All-you-can-eat Häagen-Dazs ice cream Fresh coconuts, fruit bar, and drinks Arcade and rest area No tipping or hidden charges Everything was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were professional and attentive. The whole experience felt like a full day of pampering for a fraction of what you’d pay elsewhere. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing and fun way to recharge. I left refreshed, happy & keen to come back soon.
I initially thought the 8-hour package would be too long and that I wouldn't stay for the whole duration. However, the atmosphere and service inside were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed experiencing the bathhouse services, massages, movies, video games, and all-you-can-eat fruit. The staff at each station were always ready to assist, and the fruit, drinks, and ice cream were constantly replenished. Since it was the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, it was crowded, so there was a slight wait for some services.
Weird but wonderful ! It was really great walking around in my PJ’s and without make up and so was everyone else. Everyone seem really relaxed. Unlimited fruits and ice cream was a plus. The massage was so strong but really good. We had two double bed size massage beds to sleep overnight in a really quiet room. Will definitely come again and even by myself as there is just so much to do!
I bought the 24-hour Easter package and had to wait over two hours to get in! Overall, the environment was clean and tidy, the location was excellent, and the staff were polite and made me feel at home. There was a full selection of seasonal fruits, and a wide variety of drinks and Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The soaking pools also had both dry and wet saunas. It would be even more perfect if the rooms had time and temperature displays!
The location is excellent; it's a 3-minute walk straight ahead after turning right from Futian Port. Many people say the price is a bit high, but I think it's reasonable, especially since you get a free 24-hour day pass if you book three lobby services or one large and one small service. The massage technique was good; I chose a Thai massage. If you're an introvert, you'll likely enjoy it. The masseuse was very quiet at first, which was great for an introvert, but later I started a conversation, and we chatted pleasantly. The lobby massage chairs are very comfortable; you can just relax or add a massage. The staff are all friendly and proactively offer blankets. Depending on your massage spending, you can choose to have a massage after 9 PM or 12 AM and request to stay overnight in a massage room. Since I don't like the narrower massage beds, I opted to stay overnight in a 'wormhole' on the 3rd floor (if your massage spending is sufficient, you can apply for free use of these paid wormholes). They provide mattresses, pillows, blankets, curtains, etc. It was very quiet overall, and I slept well until my own alarm woke me up the next day. The fruit bar offers fresh and delicious options with unlimited refills, and the Häagen-Dazs is also all-you-can-eat, which is great. The hot spring environment is just average, but all the other amenities are excellent. It's a perfect place to relax and chill alone. During the week, the crowd is manageable, and you don't have to wait long for services. On weekends, it can get very crowded. The staff are exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic, though it seems their English isn't very strong.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 TENZ Spa in Shenzhen is hailed by many as the pinnacle of spa experiences in the city 🏆. After personally visiting and considering online reviews, I completely agree: it's the most upscale and cleanest spa I've ever seen. Upon entering, the elegant Japanese-style design 🎎 immediately immerses you in an atmosphere of serene luxury. The facilities are meticulously maintained, bright, clean, and aesthetically pleasing throughout. One of the biggest advantages is the all-inclusive pricing and no-tipping culture 💯. There's absolutely no pressure to tip throughout the entire experience, which perfectly aligns with their professional, high-standard service. The staff is well-trained, respectful, and not overly intrusive. The price is indeed in the highest tier in Shenzhen 💸, but the experience you gain—the extensive spa area, upscale relaxation zones, high-quality dining, and enormous space—is absolutely worth it. If you're seeking a top-notch indulgence, this is the perfect choice. Based on personal experience and online feedback, the only thing to note is that the venue is huge and luxurious, but it can get quite crowded on weekends 👥. Although the management is constantly improving and expanding, weekends can inevitably be a bit bustling. If you want to completely unwind in an all-inclusive environment filled with Japanese aesthetics, cleanliness, and luxury, TENZ Spa is the top choice. I recommend visiting on a weekday for a more tranquil experience. It's definitely a great place worth the special treat! ✨🙏
The environment is very clean and comfortable. Turn right at the port exit and you will see it. I like the amenities such as fruit drinks, ice cream, game consoles, cinema, sauna cave, etc. This place is really good, especially for families. But if you are just looking for a massage, there should be other places with better value for money to choose from.
It was so good. It was much cleaner, more comfortable, and cozier than I expected. The restaurant in the basement had great quality food, the massage was good, and the 24-hour fruit was also a nice touch. I plan to visit again. Thank you very much.
