- We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but since this is a shared tour, seating is mainly allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. - During peak tourist seasons or other special circumstances, the departure time of the itinerary may be brought forward or slightly delayed (the specific departure time is subject to the email notification the day before departure), so please prepare in advance.
- As the day trip is a shared tour, please do not be late for the meeting place or attractions. No refunds will be given for no-shows, and you will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after being late.
- In the event of severe weather or other force majeure, the park may delay or change the operating hours of rides or show times without prior notice, or even cancel some rides and performances.
- This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. For your safety, staff members have the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities, communicate with you, and make alternative arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day.
- The transportation, sightseeing, and stopping times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions on the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of attractions in the itinerary after obtaining the consent of the guests, without reducing the attractions in the itinerary.
- Each guest can bring one piece of luggage for free. Please note it in the "Special Needs" section when placing an order! If you do not inform us one day in advance and bring it with you temporarily, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the bus because it will cause congestion in the car and affect driving safety, and the fee will not be refunded. Sorry.
- We will arrange different types of vehicles according to the actual number of people traveling. The vehicle type cannot be specified. Please be aware.
- During group tours, it is not allowed to leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished portion will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after tourists leave the group or leave the group. Thank you for your understanding!
- Seasonal limited activities (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flowering seasons, illuminations, fireworks displays, snow scenery sightseeing, hot spring season, festive events, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted.
