We are a family of three and we travelled from Ninh Binh to Da Nang with Laman Express. We like it! It was comfortable, there were free bottled water, light breakfast, chips, welcome drinks, early breakfast drinks. The toilets were clean. The attendant welcomed us and gave us the drinks. She also let us know that we’ll be in Da Nang in 20 minutes. They offered rice meal in the morning for a reasonable fee. We slept well. Thank you!
Well pampered from the receiving of guest in the station to the little things in our coach even giving us a heads-up 20 minutes prior to our destination. Our go-to guy Chris oriented us and gave us welcome gifts. Absolutely recommended.
super fun experience, something different to the normal bus/flights to da nang. easy to board, shared as a family of 4
Good bathroom until nasty people used it. Good private room and staff. Provided breakfast and snacks for VIP package. Probably don't do the other VIP package with foot bath, the buckets look dirty. Using the bathroom while the train is running is very turbulent so you would be wiping the walls, best to time it with the stops.
Easy train experience. shared a cabin as a 4, not loads of space and struggled with our luggage a little. But otherwise comfy and a nice travel alternative.
It wasn’t very comfortable but ok & I did get some sleep. Overall as expected.
