Pre-Departure Notice

Between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure, we will contact you using the contact information you provided. If you do not receive any information, please check your email, including your spam folder. During peak tourist season, there may be a slight delay in sending emails. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the most recent one. If you do not receive travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time and look for the JRT tour guide flag to inquire. • If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you will be notified by email 1-2 days before departure regarding cancellation or rescheduling suggestions. The minimum number of participants is 6.
• In the event of inclement weather such as wind or snowstorms, a decision will be made by 18:00 the day before departure as to whether to cancel the tour. You will be notified by email.
• This program is not recommended for guests with the following conditions or others who should not be overstimulated: asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women.
• Skiing is a dangerous sport and is not suitable for young children, pregnant women, or the elderly.
• Skiing is a vigorous and potentially dangerous sport. It is recommended to purchase travel or personal accident insurance before departure.
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delays to the rest of the itinerary, late arrivals will not be accommodated.
• If a collision occurs with another skier during the skiing process, we will only assist with on-site translation and communication. Medical or compensation costs must be borne by the individual.
• For safety reasons, it is prohibited to walk up the slopes inside the ski resort while carrying equipment. Those without ski equipment are prohibited from entering the ski area and are limited to resting in the dining area.
• Any changes to the reservation details/departure date/number of people, etc., made within 72 hours of departure will incur a handling fee of JPY 5000 per person. Please ensure the correct number of people and departure date before booking.
• Ski equipment must be reserved in advance. Changes to the plan and refund requests cannot be accommodated on-site.
• Please be sure to provide instant messaging contact information for confirmation and notification before departure.
• Tickets are not included for children under 3 years old and must be purchased on-site.
• According to the ski resort regulations, for safety reasons, you may not be allowed to ride the lift or use the slopes if you are not wearing ski wear. Please be aware of this.
• Lunch is not included in the tour price. It is recommended to bring your own lunch or purchase it at the ski resort.

* Personal travel and accident insurance are not included in the tour. It is recommended that you purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks. Please consider your health condition carefully before registering.

* After the tour has started, if it is forced to be canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and guests will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.

* During Japanese "red days" (national holidays) and peak weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions closing early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening, and to bring your own snacks and power bank.
