Great spa experience. The masseur was very professional and good at what she does. A clean spa with peaceful music.

2 hours of pure bliss. I was pampered from head to toe. Excellent masseuse who will work on the areas you ask her to focus on.

Very bad experience with this booking. I book a 2pax package and end up with only 1pax confirmation. Klook never inform about it and do not initiate any cancellation until I arrive at the spa to find out that my booking is not completed. I requested a booking cancellation on the spot and the spa agreed on that cancellation. However, when I requested a full refund from Klook, this was rejected and I have to pay for a reservation that I never get to use. Klook do not communicate well with the local operator and do not flow down the information to customer correctly. This is so irresponsible. Local operators and Klook are giving me totally different information on that cancellation and I do not know which party to trust on. I am so disappointed with Klook and will never book any spa from Klook again.

Service was good and efficient. Environment is very quiet. The experience was amazing and relaxing. I had the coconut ritual for 60 mins. Never felt so great. I had a lady by the name of Sze (may not be the right spelling). She was so professional. Highly recommended.

Had a little hiccup when we reached the spa place. The staff wasn't expecting us. Apparently, Klook forgot to book our appt with the spa. After a few phone calls and verifying, they managed to squeeze in our appt in their tight schedule. Spa experience wise was splendid. Before we start the session, they will get you to fill up infor regarding yourself. Eg. The strength you want for your massage... which spots to avoid... which spots to focus on.. so on~ We opt for doing the massage together in the same room. They will get you to change into robe. Disposable cloth underwear is provided. The staffs that massage us were very friendly, polite and caring! Will check if the strength used is ok. Will love to go again if we visit Hat Yai again. We stayed in Centara Hotel so heading to the spa is easy for us. Welcome drink served in elephant shape glass and ginger tea were served at the end. Strongly recommend!!!

The environment is very comfortable and the location is not very good. Find the hotel next to the central department store. Take the 6th floor and then change the elevator to the 7th floor.

Really nice ambience and good massage. Nice and relaxing. Worth the price.
