Review for: Seouloin Seoulsquare (Booking fee only)
This is a one star review because when I turned up at the restaurant, no reservation was made under my name. I shared the booking details and QR code with the restaurant staff, who repeatedly checked and said that they had no reservations under a non-Korean name that day . Klook refused to refund the booking fee saying that the vendor “confirmed that they had made the reservations”. Save your money and don’t bother using this service ; incredibly stressful when travelling with family and kids - a service meant to help , only creates more stress.
