With over 400 vineyards in Napa Valley and Sonoma, it would be a wonderful experience to join a tour. We are interested in visiting the recommended vineyards to try their wines and learn more about the history and stories behind their businesses.
the tour was nice and we enjoyed it. it was smooth from the start until hotel drop off. Ron, our tour guide was also welcoming and very accommodating.
Our experiences didn’t match our expectations based on our previous similar visit few years back. Although we did get to taste all the wine, the vibes are quite difference. Pickup was delayed & our trip ended early with drop off around 3.30pm. Do remember to bring cash for tips if you join this tour.
The guide was late for 25mins and unresponsive when he already changed the pick up time from 7:30 to 8AM and yet he was late. I had to call him multiple times to check where he is. He even asked for $15/pax as tip when it was indicated in klook it’s only $12/pax. He’s more like a driver and not a guide since every tourist spots he’s just in the corner having his own time. If only we can request for a refund we would!
