Building and company was easy to find. We came 30 mins ahead of our schedule to avoid being late and was attended to immediately, started the consultation early too. Our teacher, Riley, was very accommodating and easy to understand. We had questions and she easily answered them. Great experience if you're looking to find the colors that suit you in terms of clothing, makeup, etc.

I visited Image HO’s Hongdae location during my trip to Seoul and it was genuinely one of the highlights of my entire trip. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease — they offered tea, explained every step of the process, and were incredibly patient and thorough. I booked the Detailed Course and received a full written report via email in English within two weeks — something I’ll honestly reference for years when shopping for clothes and makeup. The consultation covers your best, second-best, and worst color categories across fashion, accessories, and cosmetics, and they even walked me through what to look for at Olive Young. As a foreigner, I was relieved that interpretation services were available — zero language barriers. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Korea!

I've always been interested in makeup products, so I booked a personal color analysis to find shades that suit me! The shop's location near Hongdae Entrance Station was also very convenient. Both the consultant and the interpreter greeted me warmly, which made me feel very comfortable, and the space was incredibly tidy, putting me in a great mood. I was very satisfied with the systematic process of the personal color consultation, as they patiently explained everything step by step. I was diagnosed as a Spring Light type, which was my top result. I usually wear darker clothes, so I was a little sad to hear that these colors aren't actually the best for me, but the consultant said I could still wear them as long as they weren't near my face, haha! After the personal color analysis, I went to a nearby Olive Young to buy some new makeup products, hehe. The consultant also recommended a shopping consultation service, but due to time constraints, I decided to browse on my own. I highly recommend Imageho!! 👍

We opted for the Basic Course for 3 people. It was a great experience, and even the Basic Course was very in-depth. Aurora helped us and she was very sweet and went above and beyond to help us. This was fun to do with friends and I would highly recommend visiting! P.S There is another location further down the street, make sure you go to the correct place!
