Great tour to get to know Ayutthaya especially for first-time visitors like us. Our guide, Bamboo, is fantastic especially in explaining the history of each places and handling the group and make sure everything is within ample time including lunch time. Weather can get very hot and the heat will for sure get to you so highly recommend to be prepared, bring your wide hat, sunglasses and mini fans. Some places will provide umbrella to use within the temple complex. Don’t forget to bring enough cash to cover entrance tickets to each site and some light souvenirs & cafe hopping as you will need extra hydration to beat the heat!! Ayutthaya really is amazing historical site with plenty of photogenic corners to fill up your photo album and the tour really make exploring Ayutthaya comprehensive and as convenient it can be for tourist
We participated in a Japanese-guided tour of Central World, departing at 8:45 AM. Our family was the only one on the bus, so it felt like a private charter. We were offered water. We visited four locations, but due to the heat and fatigue, we only took photos at the fourth one without entering. We returned at 4:00 PM. Since the tour ended at Central World, we efficiently spent the day by buying souvenirs at Big C right in front and having dinner at the Central World 7th-floor food court. The guide didn't follow us around at every tourist spot; instead, they gave an overall explanation on a tablet, and then we explored on our own. Even so, we understood most things. It was incredibly hot, so we were grateful for their thoughtfulness in lending us parasols and portable fans. The driver was also very kind. Having a private charter with a Japanese-speaking guide for three people was definitely cost-effective. We're glad we participated. The Ayutthaya ruins are worth seeing.
We loved this tour so much! So many interesting facts and amazing temples in Ayutthaya! Every place is picture worthy. We especially love our tour guide, Chicky who kept the tour alive with trivia facts and with his energy alone! I will recommend all friends going to Thailand to try this tour as well.

I highly recommend this tour if you’re into history as well as scenic strolls with a lot of freedom. The tour pretty much follows the itinerary exactly, except at each place you get a lot of free time to do whatever you want to, which is exactly the kind of tour I love. Make sure to bring cash for entrance and snacks/drinks/lunch. The lunch is at a big mall so you can use your card there, but not really anywhere else. Also make sure to bring long pants and a shirt/T-shirt otherwise you won’t be allowed into the summer palace or the other temples. Our guide was Ying, she was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable about everything. We went as a couple but you could totally do this solo or with a group. The group size was quite small, only 8 of us, which was really nice as well. All in all, this tour was really great and I highly recommend it.
Our Ayutthaya tour was definitely one for the books! ✨ A truly memorable experience, especially for first-time visitors like us. Exploring the ancient temples, historic ruins, and learning about the rich history of Ayutthaya made the whole trip even more meaningful. Every stop was beautiful and full of stories, and it was amazing to see so much history preserved in one place. Definitely a must-visit when in Thailand and an experience we’ll remember for a long time. Highly recommended, especially for first-timers! 🇹🇭❤️📸
Tour guide Phi Jackson is super knowledgeable about Ayutthaya’s rich history! I was so captivated by his storytelling throughout the whole journey that I wished he was my history teacher in high school. He speaks really fluent Mandarin, and he cracks some jokes to keep us entertained. His occasional mentions of K-pop idols who have an affinity for Thailand or who were born in Thailand got me excited too. The way he flipped through pages of pictures like a presentation slide showed that he carries a lot of pride in his country. Inspiring to see that passion shining through him! Also thankful for the safe bus ride with comfortable seats and aircond. The cherry on top is the water bottle, cookie, and wet towel, which made us feel like they truly prioritize their customers’ experience.
Take the Klook Ayutthaya Must-Visit Day Tour: Summer Palace & Temples, visit Bang Pa-In Summer Palace, the summer palace of the Thai royal family, and the Ayutthaya ruins, the reclining Buddha at Wat Chaimongkol, the tall pagoda, the Buddha head in the tree at Wat Mahathat. In order to respect the Buddha, tourists who come here to take pictures must squat low and cannot be taller than the Buddha head. There are many pagodas at Wat Chaiwatthanaram. Although it is very hot, the beautiful scenery and historical relics are impressive.
First of all the coach bus was big and comfortable and only half filled. we were given a bottle of water and a cookies. We have 2 guides for English and Mandarin groups. both were very experienced and helpful. We visited many temples and each were unique. overall will recommend this tour.
We're so happy we picked this activity for our 2nd day in Thailand. Van was roomy, comfy and cold. It's a relaxed tour and we didn't feel the rush to get through one place to another. There was always ample time to visit an entire place, take a lot of photos and rest a bit before heading back to the van. Our tour guide, Nun, was very nice, speaks English and Chinese eloquently, and even gave us tips in maximizing our Bangkok trip. She even took family photos of us. itinerary was followed spot-on. we loved the food we had for lunch at a foodcourt and plenty of options to choose from. Highly recommend. For those planning to tour, I recommend to bring water, sunscreen, umbrella and fan. It wasn't that hot when we visited but still I can imagine it can be very hot on some days.
