• Due to Japanese law stipulating that vehicle usage time cannot exceed 10 hours, the tour guide will reduce the itinerary based on the actual situation of the day. Please be aware of this.
• We will send an email to guests the day before departure between 20:00-21:00 to inform them of the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day, please check it in time. It may be in the spam box! In peak season, the email delivery time may be delayed, please understand! If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please refer to the latest email! If you have WeChat, you can proactively add the tour guide's account according to the email.
• We will do our best to arrange seating requests, but since this trip is a shared ride tour, seat allocation mainly follows the principle of first come, first served. If you have special needs, please let us know in the remarks, and we will try our best to arrange suitable seats for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day. We hope to get your understanding and tolerance, thank you for your understanding.
• Please understand that the journey is long, and traffic jams may occur. Our company does not bear any subsequent costs due to delays caused by traffic jams, sorry.
• During the peak tourist season or some other special circumstances, the departure time of the itinerary may be earlier or slightly delayed (the specific departure time is subject to the email notification the day before departure), so please prepare in advance.
• As the day tour is a shared ride itinerary; please do not be late at the meeting place or attractions, no refunds will be given for no-shows, and any accidents that may occur after being late will require you to bear the corresponding costs and responsibilities.
• In the event of bad weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operating hours of rides or show times without prior notice, and may even cancel some project operations and performances.
• This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. For your safety, the staff has the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities, communicate with you, and make other arrangements, subject to the actual situation on the day.
• The traffic, sightseeing and stay time involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual situation on the day. • During the group tour, it is not allowed to leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given. Any accidents that may occur after tourists leave the group will be borne by themselves, please understand.
