Eligibility
- Tourists who are 1.5 meters (inclusive) or taller, or between 10 years old (inclusive) and 60 years old (exclusive).
Additional information
- YaoXue Snow World tickets are subject to real-name registration, one person per ticket. Please use the ticket on the date and session purchased. It will be void after the expiration date, and once sold, tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
- The ticket is valid for one-time use only. Re-entry is not permitted during the visit. If you wish to re-enter after leaving Yaoxue Snow World, you must purchase a new ticket.
- Children or adults 1.5 meters (inclusive) and above in height must enter the park with a standard ticket; children under 1.5 meters (exclusive) in height or under 10 years old (exclusive), seniors aged 60 and above, disabled persons with valid certificates, and military personnel can enter the park with a preferential ticket. Disabled persons and military personnel need to purchase tickets at the visitor service center with their valid identification.
- Yaoxue Snow World is divided into skiing and snow entertainment areas. Cross-area play is not allowed, so please purchase tickets according to your needs. Additionally, during your visit, it is forbidden to privately engage in ski instruction for commercial gain. Once verified, on-site staff have the right to ask you to leave, and related tickets will not be extended, postponed, or refunded.
- The ticket for Yaoxue Snow World starts timing when entering the gate and stops timing when exiting the gate. Overtime will incur additional charges based on the publicly displayed corresponding prices. For specific overtime fee standards, please refer to the publicly displayed ticket prices at the Yaoxue Snow World Customer Service Center. Please arrange your play time reasonably.
- The ticket sales for Yaoxue Snow World stop 4.5 hours before closing, and the latest entry time is 4 hours before closing.
- Visitors who enter the park with a snow card for the experience, please keep your snow card safe throughout your visit. If you are unable to enter or leave the Snow World normally due to damage or loss of your snow card, please go to the Customer Service Center of Yaoxue Ice and Snow World or the payment counter at the exit to consult staff for a replacement snow card or to purchase another ticket.
- The project carries certain risks. Tourists under 18 years old (excluding 18) must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult to enter the park (one adult can accompany a maximum of two tourists under 18 years old (excluding 18) at a time).
- To protect your recreational rights, YAOXUE Ice and Snow World has purchased insurance for you. Please pay attention to your safety while playing. If you have special needs, you can add additional insurance yourself; please consult on-site staff for details.
- Before purchasing tickets, please carefully read the "Yao Xue Ice and Snow World Visitor Notice" and "Yao Xue Snow World Visitor Notice" and other related announcements. By purchasing tickets, visitors are deemed to have accepted the relevant regulations of Snow World.
Renewal Instructions
- Weekdays: 40 yuan/30 minutes; Peak days: 50 yuan/30 minutes; Special peak days: 75 yuan/30 minutes
- For every half hour exceeding 30 minutes, an overtime fee will be charged. Less than half an hour will be calculated as half an hour. If the extended time reaches 2 hours, it will be directly upgraded to unlimited time.
- Weekdays: Dates excluding peak and special peak days

Get the full day package rather than the 4 hour package if you plan to ski. After gearing up, Q-ing on the carpet/for the ski lift etc, actual skiing time is limited. Ski tickets don’t allow you to play at the snow playground (vice versa), so family members with non-skiers may wish to explore the nearby Ocean Park instead of sitting around waiting. FYI Tickets at the door are about 20-30 RMB cheaper for family of 4.

The best ice experience we have ever got. it is so spacious and we really enjoyed it. we had some very good clothes under so we could stay long. the rides were also nice and the shows kept us busy and interested. the hot chocolate is as also nice. This is a very good half day experience.

We spent one full day - 4hrs ski and unlimited snow play in the afternoon. We engaged a instructor to reach us. The area is huge and the instructor helped to guide us around. For foreign passport holders, we need to register our faces before going in. If u are gg 2 places, will also return all your gear and exit the place, register again and re-enter again. My teens have fun. Buying from klook is fast and convenient.

It was a great experience! The venue is very spacious. We chose to go on a weekday, so there weren't many people, and we didn't have to wait in line for many of the facilities. I recommend bringing an extra down jacket and long-sleeved top because it gets really cold! 😆

easy to book on Kluck. However there was a misunderstanding with the children tickets. We did need to buy children tickets at the counter at a discounted rate of 240 RMB. Even for infants that are one year of age they need to have a child ticket. Then you need to scan your Face ID before entering the park. Snow jacket, boots, and pants are included in the rental. However they should have an English that hats and gloves are not included. They do sell them inside but for an extremely marked up price. There are sellers outside that sell them for half the price so I would recommend picking those up if need to. Snow world is vast and lots of activities to do when we were there there is no line so children could easily ride. It is very cold if you are not used to that type of weather. But overall what a great experience with the snow falling from the ceiling. The rides and the activities that were all planned throughout the park is very fun for the kids. Easy and convenient to use. Went to the customer service to register and scan our faces and can enter using facial recognition. Rental of equipment is also using facial recognition. Did the skiing in the morning and bought the tickets Snow Play area in the afternoon. Spent an entired day there.

Good place to spend your time to ski or snowboard. There are 4 courses green blue red and black depending on level of difficulties. The man made snow is as good as real snow. There are a few restaurants and the food are limited but decent.

heard this yaoxue from friends before and we were excited to experience ourselves . it is very big and many snow play for the kids too. we do not have enough time for ski, maybe next time
