Lombok Private Car Rental with Driver

Initially, there was an issue with the availability of an English-speaking driver, but eventually, an English-speaking guide was assigned separately, and the driver provided safe and reliable transportation. Although it wasn't like a typical tour program with a fully guided course, they were good at following the itinerary I had planned. We toured South Lombok and while we couldn't visit Pink Beach due to road conditions, we saw four beautiful beaches, visited the Sade Traditional Village and the Bat Cave, and ended with a perfect sunset at Selong Belanak Hill.

Rented a small Toyota Astra car for the 2nd day beaches exploration. Starting with Tanjung Aan and Bukit Merese which is near Kuta. Scenery at Bukit Merese was magnificent and mustn’t be missed. After that went north to Pink Beach 2. Can hardly see the pink colour sand. Then go back south direction to Mawun & Selong Belanak beaches. Mawun is a better beach for dipping while Selong Belanak is mainly for surfing. Overall our driver Hery did a good job introducing us to almost all the major beaches near Kuta Lombok.

The car rental is with driver for 12 hours inclusive of fuel. However to go to Sembalun which is 2.5 hours north of Kuta will require additional fuel charges of IDR200K. My driver, Hery is very professional with his job and he ensured the safety of his customers. I managed to cover Wisata Pusuk Sembalun, Bukit Selong, Selong Gile Waterfall and Tiu Kelep Waterfall. Overall this car rental company, EvanTrans is highly recommended!!

He gave us excellent recommendations on where to go, was extremely friendly and accommodating, and spoke the best English we've encountered on Lombok. Despite challenging road conditions in some areas, he drove with great care and skill, ensuring a smooth and safe journey. We also had many engaging conversations with him and felt completely comfortable throughout the day. We highly recommend booking a tour with this private driver/service and would happily choose it again, especially for longer trips when riding a scooter isn’t an option.
