Reviews
The tour guide gave a detailed introduction to the architectural technology and related history of the Duomo, and also led us to climb the dome and introduce the city landscape. Finally, you can use this ticket to climb the clock tower by yourself, which is very cost-effective!
quite easy to climb up the dome, not as difficult as it seems. view of top is amazing, go at sunset will be better
It is very good for people who are interested in learning about history, architecture, etc. The tour guide explains in detail. Although I speak English, I feel that the explanation is very attentive and he will answer questions at any time. And it also includes access to the dome (you can choose to take the lift or take the stairs. It is already the end at this time, and everyone can leave on their own after visiting). We also included a 72-hour ticket to visit several nearby buildings (Giotto’s Campanile-Baptistery)
During the peak season, you can skip the long queues. Climbing up the stairs in a confined space requires a little physical strength. However, the tour guide will introduce you carefully on the way. You can also enjoy the Doomsday Judgment up close, and finally climb to the dome to overlook the street view of Florence. Overall Well worth it!
Gather in front of the local travel agency service station and set off. The tour guide is professional and friendly. The tour content is rich and the skip-the-line ticket saves a lot of time. It is worth it!
Is it expensive? It makes sense. The instructions are clear, the service is excellent, and the explanations are wonderful.
Tour guide: Neither showed up at the meeting point nor initiated contact, and private messages to the travel agency's customer service only received automated responses, leaving me with no choice but to seek help from Klook. In short, if you fail to meet up, no one will assist you at the time. The product includes a ticket package for which tickets and reservations must be secured in advance on the official website. Not being able to find the guide is one thing, but they also refused to answer whether it was feasible to use the QR code to tour the dome on my own. I went on a weekday, so the line for the free visiting area was quite fast, taking less than 30 minutes.
