FAQs
Do I need to make a booking for my visit? How do I do that?
To provide a better experience at the Future World exhibit, all visitors are required to book a timeslot prior to their visit. Please do so via this link to secure a timeslot of your choice. Failure to do so would run the risk of being rejected entry to ArtScience Museum.
Can I amend the participation date?
While the participation date on your voucher cannot be amended, you can book a slot via the Marina Bay Sands website and participate at any point up to 30 days from the participation date stated on your voucher, so no worries there!
Can I make amendments to my booking?
No amendments can be made after the booking is confirmed.
Can I cancel the booking?
No cancellations, refunds or changes can be made after the booking is confirmed.
What are the differences between the peak and off peak packages?
The only difference between the 2 packages are the admission dates. Off-peak days are from Monday-Thursday, and peak days are from Friday-Sunday. Check availability on the package section.
Will I need to present my ID before entering the attraction?
A valid ID may be required for visitors that book a child, student, or senior ticket
Is ArtScience Museum friendly for a person with disabilities?
ArtScience Museum is wheelchair-friendly, with automated doors. All levels are accessible by lift and all walk-through spaces in the galleries are at least 1.2m in width. Wheelchair-friendly washrooms are also located on every floor.
How long does the Future World Exhibition take to finish?
On average, the exhibition takes around 1 to 1.5 hours to complete, depending on the visitor.
Is there a specific time for the Off-Peak tickets to be used?
No. You can use the Off-Peak ticket visit the museum at any time on Off-Peak days (Monday - Thursday).
Can I amend my activity date?
Please check the terms and conditions of your selected package and check whether your ticket is listed as a "fixed date" or "open date" ticket.
For "open date" tickets: You do not need to amend your participation date. You may use your voucher to participate in your activity at any date within your voucher validity period. Your voucher validity is stated in the "How to Use > Usage Validity" section of your voucher.
For "fixed date" tickets: No amendments or cancellations can be made for this activity.
