Klook should provide directions inside the train area. I arrived by subway and it took a while to find my way to the train. The queue was very long and crowded. I recommend arriving at least an hour before departure to queue up, get inside, and find your carriage. The train was clean, and the restrooms were continuously cleaned. Ordering food on the train was also a fun experience.

Everything was great from booking the ticket to arriving, once you exit if you are taking a Didi to your hotel or destination check for the correct exits as the taxi exit is only for taxis, any other services will be under the "parking" Most times if you request for a particular seat they will try to accommodate. book the tickets in advance to avoid higher prices.
