- All online tickets must be booked at least 1 day in advance. To avoid disappointment, guests are encouraged to purchase tickets online to enjoy better savings and exclusive deals
Rainy Day Guarantee:
- For your safety, some rides may be temporarily closed due to bad weather. If inclement weather occurs between 11:00-14:59, you'll receive a free ticket for your next visit. If it occurs between 15:00-16:59, you'll receive 50% off your next visit ticket
To redeem the Rainy Day Guarantee:
- Download the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app, register your tickets, and enable notifications
- A notification will be sent if the Rainy Day Guarantee is activated
- Keep your original tickets and/or the confirmation email if you booked online. You'll need these for your return visit
- Check Genting SkyWorlds mobile app or website for opening times, any capacity restrictions, and availability of attractions before your return visit. Bring your original ticket(s), receipt(s) and a valid NRIC/Passport (copies are not accepted)
- Present your documents at the ticket counter. Genting SkyWorlds will verify your tickets to ensure they haven't been used for a second free visit. After validation, a new ticket(s) will be issued, and you can enter the theme park
