A very relaxing and chill itinerary. The food quality was beyond expectations. The staff were enthusiastic and courteous. The only slight drawback was that it was a bit cloudy today, and the sunset wasn't perfect. But that's just the way nature is. I believe it would be better to play in the afternoon. Highly recommend this activity when visiting Sunset Town. 🥰🥰

We had a fantastic experience on the cruise. From the moment we boarded until the end of the trip, everything was well organised, enjoyable and relaxing. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and spending time out at sea with the stunning views made the experience truly memorable. A special mention to Nukan, who was exceptional throughout the trip. He was friendly, attentive, professional and incredibly helpful. He made sure we were comfortable, checked on us regularly and went out of his way to make our experience enjoyable. His warm personality and excellent service really stood out. The entire crew was welcoming and created a great atmosphere onboard. The food, service and overall arrangements were all very good, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful sunset and peaceful surroundings. This was definitely one of the highlights of our Phu Quoc trip. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Nukan, for making our experience so memorable.

Pros: The cruise itself is simply wonderful, caring and polite staff, asked us about our taste preferences and offered food and drinks according to them. The evening program is also wonderful, live music plays all evening, the menu is very rich. We were served almost 4 or 5 types of dishes. Be prepared to pay an inflated price for drinks. They serve you like a VIP person. Cons: Of the free water activities, only snorkeling and swimming, and other water activities are overpriced. Regarding the transfer, they asked for a very long time where to pick us up from. The conditions stated that a transfer was available from any point in the Duong Dong area, but they asked us to get to the Duong Dong center by ones own.

The view was really beautiful and astonishing. In addition, there was live performance while dining. Overall, this was a memorable experience.

A rubbish travel company. First of all, the package includes round-trip hotel transfers, but when purchasing, it does not provide transfers to the areas included in the package. After purchase, the company will contact you by email and inform you of the accommodation location. The company replied that they will contact me via WhatsApp one day before the activity and arrange pick-up. The day before the activity, I didn't receive any notification of the meeting place and time, so I contacted the Klook platform and sent another email to the company to inquire. The company replied that there would be no hotel pick-up service because the company's car broke down, and guests would need to take a taxi to the pier by themselves! I asked the company again if they could provide the fare, and the reply was "no friend"? After contacting the Klook platform for an hour of back and forth, Klook finally replied that the shipping company will pick us up at the pier near my hotel tomorrow and we need to arrive at 12:45. But the company never contacted me directly. On the morning of the event, I contacted the klook platform again, and the reply was that they could not contact the company either...😳😳There was no reply to the email either. We were trembling with fear the whole morning, afraid that no one would come to pick us up and the whole day's trip would be wasted. Finally, at 12:14, the company staff finally contacted us, but the meeting time was changed to 13:45😵‍💫😵‍💫 The administrative arrangements were quite chaotic, but Klook said that since the activity needs to be cancelled 24 hours in advance, there will be no refund if it is cancelled now🙄🙄 After many twists and turns, we finally got on the speedboat at 14:30, and it took about 15 minutes to get on the "yacht". Water activities on the boat are at your own expense. I originally planned to just go snorkeling, so I asked the staff on the boat where I could snorkel, but no staff could answer me. All the staff only paid attention to guests who wanted to do activities at their own expense... I was bored on the boat for more than an hour. Drinks on the boat are at your own expense...Finally we had dinner...I was really looking forward to the so-called seafood meal (a few shrimps are called seafood meal 😳) and all the food was frozen (frozen, I was warm). The boat trip cost $500-$600 per person...I advise everyone to save some money for a good meal on land. Summary: I would rather waste my time and money attending all the activities of this company.

it was just awesome. the service the food and the staff all were amazing. they picked us from the hotel sheraton from north and it was just all perfect.

Watching the sunset from the cruise was a truly wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, and the meal I had while crossing the blue sea and enjoying the sunset was incredibly moving. I would like to come with my family next time.

Overall, the excursion is good; the landscapes are magnificent, and the food is decent, though a bit more fish and seafood would have made it even better. The staff is friendly but lacks a bit of professionalism for a 5-star excursion. The organization at the start of the excursion was a bit lacking. We almost boarded the wrong boat because we had to wait mixed in with another group, and when we saw that group leave, we went with them. At the meeting point, there should be someone who stays with the group to direct them to the correct location. The boat is magnificent and very comfortable.
