Good to know
- During the Obon Festival in Japan from 8.10 to 8.20, you may encounter traffic jams and the attractions may close early. We will reduce or shorten the itinerary according to the actual situation. I hope you can understand that the tour guide or driver will do their best to serve you. Please do not make dinner reservations, as you may not be able to catch the plane or Shinkansen on the same day.
- The yukata needs to be returned to the kimono shop the next day (09:00-15:00), and a deposit of 10,000 yen is required. When returning, the staff will confirm that all the rented items have been returned and the deposit of 10,000 yen will be refunded. If there is loss or damage, the corresponding proportion will be deducted from the deposit.
- The minimum number of participants is 4. When the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 1 day before departure.
- In case of bad weather such as typhoons and blizzards, the decision on whether the group will be cancelled will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00), and an email notification will be sent at any time afterwards.
- Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothes (if necessary).

- The company is not responsible for failure to join the tour or poor quality of the scenery due to force majeure such as traffic and weather, and cannot refund or reschedule. Please understand.

- The company will not refund if the passenger abandons the tour midway due to personal reasons.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up point at the designated time and do not be late. Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the one-day tour due to your own reasons, you must bear the corresponding losses yourself. Please understand.

- After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred, but additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passengers themselves.
