Luggage Information
- Luggage regulations for ferry tickets starting from June 1st:
- Carry-on baggage / self-pickup baggage:
- Each passenger can carry 2 items, with a total weight not exceeding 27 kilograms.
- Each passenger with a child's ticket may bring 2 pieces of luggage, with a total weight not exceeding 17 kilograms.
- Infant tickets do not include carry-on baggage allowance.
- Baggage check-in:
- Each passenger can check in a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage, with a total weight not exceeding 20 kilograms. Items exceeding this limit will not be accepted.
- A single piece of luggage must not exceed 20 kilograms; the sum of the length, width, and height of a single piece of luggage must not exceed 180 centimeters, and the longest side must not exceed 80 centimeters.
- Fees: No charge for 10 kg (inclusive) or less; overweight fee will be charged for the part exceeding 10 kg (from the 11th kg to 20 kg). (Overweight fee is paid on-site; overweight fee cannot be purchased online for baggage weight. The fee is calculated according to the on-site price, approximately NT$15-20/kg, depending on the route quotation.)

- Passport/Taiwan Compatriot Permit/Mainland Resident Travel Permit to Taiwan/Mainland Identity Card/Hong Kong and Macao Residents Travel Permit to the Mainland and other information must be filled in correctly. If the information is incorrect, the ticket will not be redeemed or refunded.
- Infant ticket: Applicable for ages 0 - 1.
- Child ticket: Applicable for ages 2 - 11
- Senior tickets: Applicable for ages 65 and over.
- Senior, disabled, and child tickets require providing documents to the supplier to complete the booking. After placing your order, please check your email and return the information!
- Mainland Chinese travelers need to confirm that their Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents endorsement is a G endorsement and that the Entry Permit application is completed.
Redemption information
- Present your printed voucher and exchange it for a physical pass at the Ticket Office
- If you want to specify a seat, you must arrive at the ticket office at least 60 minutes before boarding time.
- Flights: Please present your ID card or passport (please note whether the validity period is usable).
- Ferry ticket: Please present your passport and Mainland Travel Permit (please note whether the validity period is sufficient for use. If you do not confirm whether your visa is qualified, and you are unable to board the ship smoothly on the day, the ticket cannot be refunded due to human factors).
