I paid and went to the Lotus VIP Room and was told that the system could not be used without the QR code in my name. I paid again at the Lotus VIP Room counter, but your system even told the counter staff that they did not know this platform? I can't get in and get a refund. I feel like I was defrauded out of more than 1,000 yuan. You don't have a customer service phone number and it's all robots. I think you need to send someone to the local area to try it? Selling on the website without trying it makes consumers feel cheated🥲Really very angry
The best airport lounge I have visited in recent years. Interior was great, the food was amazing and you can relax with their auto massagers in the area.
