【No Weekend Surcharge】Shenzhen Four Points by Sheraton Hotel Accommodation Package

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Futian Port, Convention & Exhibition Center Station, etc., with scheduled departures and returns. The package includes buffet breakfast and dinner, with a wide variety of food choices and good taste. The rooms are clean. The only shortcoming is the insufficient air conditioning in the hotel rooms. We booked two rooms, one with good air conditioning and the other stuffy. The front desk had already sent staff to check, but there was no improvement after the staff left. Fortunately, the weather was relatively cool that day, so it was acceptable and we didn't bother with it anymore.

This is my first time staying at Four Points by Sheraton. The lobby is spacious and comfortable. Since it was my husband's birthday, the hotel's Guest Service Manager ~ Mr. Johann Chan arranged a birthday cake for me, which was very thoughtful. The evening buffet was particularly rich, with all-you-can-drink options, and we had a great time at the hotel. Thanks❤️❤️

My girlfriend and I went up north to celebrate her birthday. The two-day, one-night stay with breakfast and dinner buffets was definitely a great deal, especially considering it's an established five-star hotel for around $1000. Plus, it's super close to the border, which made it even more appealing. When we arrived at the hotel, you could already tell it had some history, and that feeling increased when we got to the room. But it was still okay. The buffet selection wasn't huge, and the flavors weren't exactly to our taste, but there was unlimited wine and coffee to choose from. The dishes that made it worth it were the foie gras and sirloin steak. The buffet times were also generous. Overall, we were pretty satisfied with the trip. However, there was one drawback: I originally told the hotel that we were celebrating my friend's birthday, and they said they would send us a cake. I even scheduled a time. But unexpectedly, while we weren't in the room, they opened the door without knocking and left the cake. I was speechless at this surprise and lack of notification. I immediately called down to ask if they always did that, and they said yes. I was immediately rendered speechless!

Price Value is good, Its close to the HK border however the hotel is a bit old and maintanance is not up to par. Lots of mould marks on the bathtub walls, foul smells in the 3rd floor resturant toilets...etc. My room is facing HK and the view is nice and quiet. Shuttle bus is available in scheduled time getting out of hotel to train stations and Convention Center. Food is OK, but quality needs much improvement (e.g. very small crabs in Thai style cooking - there is no meat in it) -There is a free flow of wines, beers and soft drinks in the diner buffet. It is inline with what we paid for.

Hotel Location: Located near the Futian Port, you can see the hotel directly after crossing the border. It's about a ten-minute walk. The hotel package includes buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Although the hotel is over 20 years old, it is still clean and tidy. The food and service make it a cost-effective choice.

For less than HK$1100, it includes buffet breakfast and dinner for 2 adults and 1 child, high cost performance, clean rooms, you can see the hotel as soon as you exit Futian Port, and my daughter didn't want to walk and took a few minutes by car.

Cleanliness: This is my second time staying at this hotel. The value for money is unbeatable; no other hotel can offer you so much for this price, allowing you to eat, stay, and play. Other hotels can't compete. If you don't mind that the hotel is a bit dated, give it a try.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Exit E of Fubao Subway Station. The hotel has 16 floors, a restaurant on the 3rd floor, and a swimming pool and fitness center on the 5th floor. The interior is quite spacious. The hotel is a bit old, and the decoration is older, but it is comfortable and has a good view. There are free drinks in the room, and the breakfast/dinner buffet is good. People who like to drink will be happy with the free flow beer & wine.

This time's surprise, the little room gift is back! 😆 The dinner was even more surprising 🥳 We happened to catch the one-day Easter 🔨 egg hunt, so there were gifts and Southeast Asian themed food. The surprises included: grilled prawns 😋 and delicious desserts that weren't too sweet 👍😋. Although some breakfast items were gone, I was too full from last night, so I didn't eat much for breakfast 😂 My favorites for breakfast were the Shin Ramyun and coffee 😋 A pleasant holiday! 😙

Transportation Convenience: Convenient, with a shuttle bus for the return trip. Service: Courteous and helpful staff in all departments. Cleanliness: The hotel is a bit old but relatively clean. Breakfast: Abundant but mostly spicy dishes; suggest adjusting the proportion. Hotel: Noisy upstairs guests at night; toilet tank broken and unable to flush.
