- We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests; however, as this is a shared tour, seating is primarily allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have specific needs, please indicate them in the remarks, and we will try our best to arrange suitable seating for you. The final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's coordination on the day. We appreciate your understanding and tolerance.

- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made regarding the tour's cancellation by 18:00 (local time) 1 day prior to departure. You will be notified via email as soon as possible thereafter.
- Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothing (if needed).
- The above itinerary is for reference only. Traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
- Our company is not responsible for and cannot offer refunds or rescheduling due to force majeure factors such as transportation or weather conditions that prevent participation in the tour or result in poor-quality scenic photos. Thank you for your understanding.
- Tour schedules and duration at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion or facility maintenance. Please inform those who need to know.
- If access to Mt. Fuji 5th Station is not possible due to bad weather or traffic conditions, the itinerary will be changed to Arakurayama Sengen Park. Thank you for your understanding.
- No refunds will be given for passengers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this tour does not allow for transfers to other routes or participation midway, you will be responsible for any losses incurred due to your own reasons for failing to participate in the day tour. - Children aged 3 and under who require a seat must purchase a ticket at the same price as an adult and must be noted in the remarks.
- Children aged 2 and under can participate for free without occupying a seat, but it must be noted in the remarks. If it is not noted, arrangements cannot be made.
- Vehicle type: Vehicle assignment depends on the number of people. When the number of participants is small, a driver will be assigned to provide tour services throughout the tour. A tour leader will not be assigned separately. Thank you for your understanding.
- Weather conditions can affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The tour will not be canceled or refunded for this reason. Thank you for your understanding.
- During the flower/autumn foliage season, there may be heavy traffic due to the large crowds. It is recommended to bring your own light snacks.
- The flower or autumn foliage season may be slightly earlier or later depending on weather conditions. Once the tour is confirmed, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering/autumn foliage situation. Thank you for your understanding.
- Personal travel and accident insurance are not included in the itinerary. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Please register carefully based on your health condition.
- If the itinerary is forced to be canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.
- During Japanese red holidays and weekend peak travel times, there is often heavy traffic or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for that evening, and to bring your own light snacks and power bank.
