  • Customers must present the valid Klook voucher and redeem all goods in package at once in Level 2, Ocean Centre, Harbour City, Hong Kong at the designated date and time (11am – 9pm from 1 to 7 February 2024). Late redemption will not be accepted and no refunds will be arranged.
  • If customers fail to present a valid Klook voucher for any reason, they are not eligible to redeem any goods of the package.
  • Please check the goods carefully when picking up the goods. If there are any defects, you must report them on the spot. Once the goods are collected, returns, exchanges and refunds will not be accepted.
  • All goods are NOT FOR SALE, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Harbour City Estates Limited reserve the right to collect or cancel the goods used for sale.
  • Donation proceeds will not be refunded under any circumstances.
