It took weeks for me to finalize this tour, and with the help of my agent, I came up with this amazing customized day tour, especially I was travelling alone and will cover all the expenses. Turpan was freaking hot! So the tour there is not for DIY, You must get a private car since the attractions are not nearby each other. My driver picked me up with a Pink Tesla and I was so happy since it is my favorite color! The driver speaks little english so it wasnt hard for me to talk to him. He had been my tour guide as well and was very gentleman and thoughtful. I almost had a heatstroke in Kumtag desert but with the help of my driver, I survived. I experienced the hottest part of China and I survived the heat!!! Im so happy I got this tour. Worth the price! eveything was well prepared for me. I felt safe also. Klook is very reliable, and people in China has been good to me. guys, come visit Xinjiang!

Our Chinese driver and tour guide, Xu Mingyu, was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He used a translation app to communicate with us and always made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the tour. We booked a package with 7 full days of touring and one free day to explore the city. The price was surprisingly affordable, but the experience exceeded our expectations from the very first day! The hotels were genuinely 4 💎 quality. Our accommodation in Kanas was more basic, as expected in a mountain area, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we found all the accommodations relaxing and pleasant. Every destination was beautiful and peaceful. Tianchi, or Heavenly Lake, was my favorite, while Kanas was breathtaking despite the cold weather. The van is comfortable even during long drives. This tour offered excellent value for money and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended! We will definitely book with them again for our next Xinjiang adventure! ❤️

I've returned from my 10-day trip to Xinjiang. I booked my own flights but had no idea about the itinerary, so I contacted Klook. They responded very quickly. After the customer service representative asked about my general requirements, they helped me create an itinerary. I was satisfied with the accommodations they arranged. Before departure, the concierge arranged for our driver, Master Liu. Master Liu took great care of us throughout the trip, helping us with any needs we had. He also paid attention to the surroundings while driving, and whenever he saw a beautiful view, he would let us stop to take photos. The concierge also reminded us each night about the next day's itinerary and what to pay attention to. They also monitored local weather and traffic conditions. When bad weather was anticipated, they discussed it with us in advance and suggested changes to the itinerary, ultimately helping us avoid heavy snow and road closures on the Duku Highway. 👍🏻

I was very satisfied with the service this time. From the beginning, when planning the itinerary, Sally was very patient in answering questions and creating the schedule. I was also very pleased with all the accommodations arranged for this trip. The accommodations shown in the pictures are all guesthouses, which were clean, tidy, and comfortable. I was also very satisfied with the housekeeper, Eleven, and the driver, Master Meng, who were arranged for this trip. Housekeeper Eleven kept us informed about weather changes throughout the itinerary, and when our first hotel was fully booked, she promptly notified us and provided two alternative hotel options, allowing us to choose our preferred one for booking. When the trip began, Klook also prepared thoughtful gifts for us. Master Meng, our driver, had a kind and friendly demeanor, provided meticulous service, and was very responsible. He drove smoothly and safely, and even thoughtfully prepared snacks for us. He also explained the attractions, local specialty foods, customs, and traditions along the way, making the entire trip feel very secure and comfortable. What was a pleasant surprise was that the driver knew we would be taking wedding photos and prepared 'double happiness' decorations for us. On one day of the trip, it was a birthday, and the housekeeper and driver prepared a birthday dinner and cake for us, which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this customized itinerary and their services.

It was a very enjoyable trip! I loved it. The views were great, and the driver (named Maixing) took excellent care of us. The assistant guide was also very attentive to every detail. The driver was clean, didn't smoke, and had a wonderful personality. He helped us order food and took photos throughout the trip. The journey wasn't rushed; it was a plan we designed ourselves, and we were able to sightsee until late because the sunset here is at 10:30 PM. 😁

The tour brought us an amazing Xinjiang. This tour was really well-organized with details of destinations,weather,dress codes. The tour guide XiaoZhou took care of us very warmly. He introduced about the destinations in details as well as the safety warnings. He aslo gave us many recommendations and tips when we needed to by souvenirs in Urumqi.

Klook is the brand I trusted in the first place, at least had tried its other products before and no complaints. At first a little restless as I have to pay over US$10,000 for 6 members to join the private custom-made tour 6 months before the trip. Turned out to be a worthwhile leap of faith. of course the driver/local guide in Xinjiang, 小馬哥, is the key to make our trip experience wonderful from Day 1 to Day 14. He was so attentive, take cares every details and stand from our positions to execute the travel itinerary. Klook 本身各样安排，当地管家的照應也很即時及到位，而小馬哥是把最後的一粒星加上了，我们玩得開心盡興。当然，我们把十天的行程改至十四天，減少舟車勞顿，每天只坐五个多小時車，除了最后一天从那拉提草原经独庫公路回烏鲁木齐一段，要近一整天車程之外，景区內逗留時间随心所欲，才有玩得休闲舒坦的享受。Overall, it is the best group tour so far.

He even brought us fruit on the first day and asked if we wanted to stop and take pictures at scenic spots along the way. The scenery throughout the trip was also incredibly beautiful. Southern Xinjiang's autumn truly lives up to its reputation. I'll definitely come back again! ☺️

The hotels each night were good and met the requirements I previously gave to the travel agency. When we encountered problems or made last-minute requests, the travel agency's response was very fast. The tour guide's pick-up and service were very dedicated, and we enjoyed spending time with them. The scenery every day was beautiful, and none of the attractions on the itinerary were disappointing. However, possibly due to a communication error, it turned into having to travel very far every day. Next time when customizing an itinerary, I should prioritize a slower pace rather than aiming to visit more scenic spots.

They provided us with detailed and attentive updates every day. Xiao Zhao’s explanations were thorough throughout the trip, and he took great care of everyone. The itinerary was also very well-planned, and he took us to eat local delicacies, making sure we had a super fun and worry-free experience.
