- MPV, 7-seater luxury van (specific model cannot be guaranteed), vehicle images are for reference only. The supplier will randomly arrange similar vehicles of different brands based on vehicle availability and passenger circumstances.
Luggage Information
- 4 suitcases or handbags or backpacks or strollers. Wheelchairs are counted as two pieces of luggage.
Booking Requirements
- All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding
- Please book at least 18 hours in advance to guarantee your ride.

- Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- Child seats are available upon request
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Reservations for this service must be made no later than 6:00 PM (GMT+8) the day before departure.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, you can cancel the order up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity time.
- Control staff will contact guests the day before departure to confirm pick-up time and vehicle details.
- Please turn on your mobile phone or connect to Wi-Fi so that the driver can contact you to arrange a pick-up location.
- Overtime service for the private car is charged at $550 per hour, and overtime fees must be paid in cash.
- Meet and greet service is available for $100 per service (please specify when placing your order).
- Additional baggage, HKD$100 per item (please specify when placing your order)
- A child seat is available for $100 per seat (please specify when ordering).
- The itinerary does not include tunnel and parking fees. These will be reimbursed if applicable.
- 23:30-06:30 is the night service period, which requires an additional night service fee of $500 (please specify when placing the order)
- A service fee of HKD$1500, payable in cash, applies on the following special dates: Chinese Lunar New Year (29th to 3rd day), February 14th, October 6th, Christmas (December 21st, 24th, 25th, 26th), New Year's Eve (December 31st) and January 1st.
- Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below / Red Rainstorm Warning Signal: All pick-up and drop-off services will proceed as normal, but delays may occur due to traffic congestion.
- Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning: Our company prioritizes the safety of drivers and passengers and must suspend services immediately. Pick-up and drop-off services will be re-arranged individually.
