Although they didn't arrive and wait earlier due to traffic congestion in front of the hotel lobby, they did arrive twenty minutes ahead of schedule and came within 5 minutes after I contacted them from the lobby. When going from China → Hong Kong, you get off at Chinese immigration, take your luggage, pass through immigration, and then get back in the vehicle. Driver come on time to door front, crossing custom a bit slow exiting Hong Kong side, stay in the car passing through. After that, traffic was smooth to the Hong Kong hotel.

Our driver Master Wei was very kind and helpful. He arrived 15 mins before our scheduled time. Traffic was heavy on a Saturday morning. When we arrived at the border, we got out and went to the office with our passports. We did not need to take our luggage out. There wasn’t a long wait inside the office. Master Wei met us on the other side when we came out. We had to provide our passports once again when the van went through the border. It was a very simple process and I would recommend doing this private transfer from Shenzhen to Hong Kong.

Perfect choice for getting our family of 5 from Shenzhen to HK Disneyland. Ride was comfortable and seamless. We only had to take out luggage out for customs clearance when leaving Shenzhen and could stay in car when entering HK.

The price was a bit expensive, but I used a private car to go from Shenzhen to Hong Kong because I had heavy luggage and didn't know the area well. But I don't regret it, and the driver helped me a lot during immigration, so I got through quickly. I think I would have struggled a bit if I had been alone. I don't regret it because I think it was worth the money! When you make a reservation, they immediately create a chat room on WeChat, and communication in English is good, so there were no problems with the reservation, and I arrived in Hong Kong safely and comfortably in a pleasant vehicle.
