- According to maritime regulations, please provide the names and ages of all guests. Our staff will contact you later to collect this information. Also, for safety reasons, children aged 12 or under must wear life jackets at all times. Please follow the instructions of the crew. Failure to comply will be considered a violation of the Marine Department Ordinance, and East Pearl Cruise Co., Ltd. reserves the right to refuse boarding or require disembarkation.
- Please note that there is heavy passenger traffic and traffic congestion during holidays. To avoid missing the boat, we recommend that you arrive at the pier early. Important notes: The company reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any dispute. The boarding location is Central Pier 8 / Hung Hom (South) Ferry Pier. Please arrive at the Central Pier 8 / Hung Hom (South) Ferry Pier service center at least 45 minutes before departure to complete the ticket exchange procedure. The ticket exchange procedure will be closed 30 minutes before departure, and the boarding gate will be closed 10 minutes before departure. Once tickets and packages are issued, no changes, refunds or cancellations will be made.
