Ticket Information |

• Please present your ticket upon entry. All ticket types are valid for single use only.
• Concession Tickets (1) ROC students aged 18 and above (with valid student ID) can purchase and enter with their ID. (2) ROC nationals aged 65 and above (with ID card or government-issued ID) can purchase and enter with their ID. (3) General public can purchase and use “Starlight Night” tickets for entry after 18:00 on 2026/2/6 (Fri) and 2/7 (Sat).
• Free Admission Qualifications (1) ROC children under the age of 18 (age calculated according to the date of entry) can enter with their ID card or government-issued ID sufficient to prove their identity. If you do not meet the qualifications, please purchase a ticket according to your status. (2) Those who hold “paper ticket stubs” or “printed purchase certificates” of Taiwan Railways, High Speed ​​Rail Taoyuan (inclusive) to the south, and Yihua East on the day of the exhibition extension can enter the venue for free.

(3) People with disabilities: People with disability certificates can enter the venue for free at the entrance during the six-day exhibition. If accompanied, the first person can enter for free; the second (inclusive) and above accompanying persons need to purchase tickets to enter.

• Please keep your ticket properly and use it within the event period. If it is lost, damaged, punched, burned, or otherwise unrecognizable before entering the venue, it will be deemed invalid, and no refunds or replacements will be accepted.
• This ticket is valid during the exhibition period (until 2026/2/8). Expired tickets will be deemed invalid and will not be refunded. For refund requests, please go to the original ticket purchase channel before 19:00 on 2026/2/8 (Sun). Please refer to the refund regulations of each channel for refund procedures.
• The exhibition venue only accepts ticket refunds sold at the on-site ticket booth, and complete, unused tickets must be attached.

• Please follow the visiting flow, exhibition rules and instructions of on-site staff. If there are a lot of people, please queue up in order.
• If there is any damage to the exhibits, compensation will be required at the price; if there is any improper behavior that is ineffective after persuasion, you must leave the venue immediately and there shall be no objection.
• Holders of “coffee bag exchange coupons” for advance tickets must still use their tickets to enter the venue and exchange them at the gift service counter. The quantity is limited while supplies last.
• The exhibition content, event planning and gifts are subject to the actual objects and announcements on site. If there are any omissions in this notice, the organizer's regulations and interpretations shall prevail. The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, cancel and interpret.
