  • No refunds will be issued once you have arrived at the store and used the rental service.
  • If you are more than 30 minutes late without contacting us, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be given.
  • Changing your package upon arrival: ① Same-priced kimono: Changes are allowed. ② Higher than the reserved price: Upgrade by paying the difference. ③ Lower than the reserved price: We will provide you with a kimono at or below the price of your original reserved package, but please understand that we cannot refund the price difference.
  • Please return the kimono to the store by 17:00 on the same day. ① 17:00~17:30, please inform our staff in advance, no extension fee will be charged. ② 17:30~20:00, extension fee = 250 JPY/10min. ③ Return on the following day, the extension fee is 3000 JPY (no deposit will be charged for the extension). ※ If you choose to return the kimono by mail the next day, an additional 3500 JPY (postage fee) will be charged.
  • If the kimono has obvious stains or damage due to personal reasons, you will be required to pay the corresponding compensation.
