The AIA Carnival (“Carnival”) is produced by the Event Organiser, Great China Entertainment Group (“Organiser”). The issuance of tickets and admission to the AIA Carnival are subject to the organiser’s Terms and Conditions, which are set out in the website at www.aiacarnival.com/terms-conditions (“Website”) and at the Carnival entrance. The Organiser reserves the right to change the program information or schedule should unavoidable circumstances dictate. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the Organiser’s decision shall be final and conclusive. AIA International Limited is not the organiser for the Carnival, and is a sponsor of the Carnival only. It is not responsible for the organisation, operation, content, safety, or quality of the Carnival, including program information, schedule, ticketing, facilities, attractions, or any other aspect of the Carnival.

  • Each ticket is valid for single entry by one person during opening hours. Please refer to the Website for opening hours for each day of operation.
  • Children under 3 years old, Seniors aged 65 or above, and people with disabilities are permitted entry for free. Any person entitled to this offer may be requested by staff to produce a valid document for verification of eligibility.
  • Child ticket is for children aged 3 to 11 years. Any person entitled to this offer may be requested by staff to produce a valid document for verification of eligibility. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above.
  • Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and only valid on the date(s) shown on the ticket, except as provided under the ticket exchange policy in Clause 3.2 of the Ticketing Terms and Conditions, which are available at www.aiacarnival.com/terms-conditions.
  • Visitors holding printed tickets must present the original physical ticket at the entrance for admission. Digital copies, photographs, screenshots, or photocopies of tickets will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • In the unlikely event that the Carnival is required to close or its opening hours are changed, the Organiser will act in accordance with decisions and guidance issued by the relevant authorities. Such changes may be implemented without prior notice due to circumstances including adverse weather conditions, safety concerns or maintenance requirements.
  • Individual rides or attractions may be suspended or temporarily closed without prior notice due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, maintenance needs, or other operational requirements.
  • The following activities are strictly prohibited in the Carnival: (a) Consumption of food or drink purchased outside the Carnival; (b) Sale of goods or services except with prior consent of the Organiser; © Commercial photography or videography except with prior consent of the Organiser; (d) Distribution of printed or recorded materials of any kind except with prior consent of the Organiser; (e) Unauthorised events, demonstrations or speeches, the use of any flag, banner or sign, and any other unauthorised public gatherings; (f) Playing with or operating remote-controlled flying devices; (g) Engaging in any unsafe behaviour or other act that may impede the operation of the Carnival or any associated facilities.
  • No pets or animals are permitted in the Carnival, except for service animals with valid identification.
  • By purchasing a ticket or entering the Carnival grounds, visitors acknowledge and agree that the Organiser may photograph, film, and use their likeness or voice for commercial purposes. To the extent permitted by law, visitors waive any claims or rights related to such use.
  • Visitors agree to comply with all notices and instructions issued by the Carnival staff for the purpose of maintaining safety and order.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to deny admission, or request exit from Carnival grounds, without refund or compensation, for illegal, unsafe or offensive behaviour, or if the Organiser considers that the circumstances so require.
  • Except where required by law, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any damage, loss or personal injury suffered by visitors, whether the same is caused by negligence of the Organiser or otherwise.
  • In the event of disputes, the Organiser reserves the right to make final decision on the dispute and other ticket related matters.
  • In the event there are inconsistencies between the English and Chinese Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
