The purchase was very straightforward. The tickets arrived quickly and the QR code is very easy to use. For travelers who for some reason arrive late and have tickets with reserved seats, they can use the same ticket on a later train, but they must go to the "non-reserved" seating cars.

The seats are arranged in rows of 5 with an abc-middle-de layout, and the extra baggage space is located right behind the last row of seats, with open space behind them. Since the train sometimes makes sharp curves, wheeled bags must be laid on their side or locked. For your information, the luggage space belongs exclusively to the passenger in the very back row, so if other bags are there, you can just find the owner and ask them to move them. You must place your bag right behind your seat, and smaller bags can be put on the overhead rack. For a bento box, we recommend buying one from the food hall at the nearby Daimaru Department Store. The most popular Kiyoken Shumai has the least competition at the Kanda Station bento shop, but if you don't happen to go there, it can't be helped. If you scan the QR code to enter and find it's not at the two shops, you might want to head up to the platform level, as there could be one at the shop up there lol. Also, the Tokyo Banana Brulee, which is apparently only sold at Tokyo Station, tastes like it was unfinished lol.

Fantastic
Coinciding with a holiday crowd surge, I saw four lines of ticket buyers extending past the railing posts—it was incredible... easily at least a half-hour wait. Fortunately, I booked our tickets in advance and was pleasantly surprised to discover a dedicated ticket-collection entrance. With the staff's assistance, I collected the tickets in less than a minute and headed straight to board the train. We also confirmed with the service attendant on the platform that we were waiting at the correct platform. Thank you to the service staff and thank you Klook for helping me skip the lines and avoid the stress! We were traveling with 29-inch and 26-inch suitcases; they fit fine right at our seats, and we still had enough space to stretch our legs. Since the luggage racks were definitely packed full, not having to compete for space or let it ruin our mood was fantastic. Highly recommended!
