It's a great location next to Central Station and close to all transport links to the centre. Room was spacious and a comfortable bed. Nothing fancy but would stay again.

Fantastic

Solo stay

Great position next to Central Station, short walk to Light Rail. Chinatown/Haymarkwt eateries close by. Good access to Darling Harbour too. Wonderful guy at reception got me into a room early, which is always nice after an early morning flight. Nothing fancy, but neat and tidy, and everything you need to rest up after a long day sightseeing. Would gladly stay again.

Location for train travel is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful . Carpets show sign of wear. Hand basins need a good whitening scrub.

Hello Bath room exhaust fan was not working. Lights above bed pillow was not burning. Room entrance roof light was flickering. Room carpet was unsafe to walk. No linen were changed . No door sign, even after asking Noise room. Thank you Kind regards Ashish

Air conditioning fine. The staff that could speak English very friendly and obliging. Good location for our purposes with Central Station and light rail nearby. Maintenance on the property was pathetic. The staff in the bar/breakfast area could not speak or understand English.

The hotel room needed maintenance and one of the mattresses had collapsed on one side and not to mention the terrible smell of Mildred and cleaning products was so bad that we had to keep the air on on to try and move it…won’t be going there again which is a shame because the guys on th front desk were exceptionally good I would give them a 10 if they had only warned us of the smells etc
