Check in was difficult. Had to contact Expedia. Our apartment was on the 5th floor with no elevators. The instructions didn’t mention a second stairs path in the building so we took all the luggage to the 5th floor in the wrong apartment. Then had to go down again and up again another 5 floors to the right one. When we finally got to the apartment we were dying for a shower, hot water wasn’t working. After an icy cold shower, the hairdryer wasn’t working… the AC was off and there were no remote controls. We had to contact management several times for the problems in the apartment and they were slow in resolving the issues. The building is very filthy dirty with trash bags on the corners, bad lighting. You feel like you are in a horror movie. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and renovated but too many problems for just 3 nights of stay. I don’t recommend and would never go back! Stay away!!!

Worst place I have ever stayed! The place was clean and the location decent, but anywhere in Florence is decent. I have never had such a terrible time contacting the hosts. It is a company that runs it and does not care for you at all. I was stuck outside the apartment for an hour trying to get in contact and calling every number with no success. The host company ghosted us 2 days before arriving, but I was already in the country, so I did not have time to cancel and find something else. They wanted me to send my passport over email, but Expedia blanks out your email if sent in the texts, so I told them I couldn't see the email address multiple times with no response. I finally had to reach out to Expedia while standing outside the apartment to get the host to answer. This made me miss a tour and not be able to get a refund. On top of being ghosted and treated terribly before check-in, you can hear every little noise happening outside the apartment. I found a pretty decent gap between the walls and windows, so that is the reason for all the noise, but it was atrocious how loud it was in the apartment. I would never recommend this apartment or stay here again. Also, it was very unsafe how people kept the front door open all the time. The Wi-Fi also did not work at all. Our phones would be on Wi-Fi, yet nothing would load or send, so we had to be off Wi-Fi for anything to work.

Fantastic

Stayed with kids

Beautiful, large spacious, high ceilings, perfect for families and 360 views of the city. Upstairs loft with queen, bed, downstairs, queen, bed, and option to have a crib. There was also an option to fold out a double size sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen was supplied with most of the amenities you would need to cook a meal or store groceries. Washer dryer was a bonus. If you have tiny kids requiring a Bath note that this place only has a shower. 95 or so steps up to this fourth floor apartment could be a dealbreaker for families. We stowed our stroller on the second floor without a problem. The location of this apartment was incredible on one of the busiest and most sought after streets. Incredibly close to Ponte Vecchio, and the best Panini and Gelati in the city. Communication with the host is easy and efficient.

The apartment was very clean and conveniently located (walkable to main attractions and dining). Wi-Fi worked well. Street-level noise (loud people) persisted until 2:00 to 3:00 in the morning.

Great

The apartment was larger than I expected. It was nice to have the area at the end to have a glass of wine looking over the rooftops. It was all clean and tidy. The steps were a bit of a killer, especially with the suitcase, but we only had to do that once. It gave us nice views though. The location was great. Close to just about everything but, because you were four floors up, it seemed quiet.

The building had multiple units and we stayed in the Melody unit which was on the top floor. It might be a problem for people with mobility issue since we had to climb up 4 sets of stairs but it wasn't a problem for us. The apartment was very spaces compared to other places we stayed in Italy. The bathroom looked like it was newly remodeled. The apartment was very clean. There was a washer and drying rack. We could see the Duomo dome from the window. The little loft for the 2nd bed was very cute. The location was perfect, 5 mins walking distance to the Uffizi Gallery. The apartment was a couple doors from a popular sandwich shop. It was a bit hard to find the building at first as it had a blue address and some of the addresses didn't have a color and the numbers jumped around so it was confusing. Google Map didn't locate it correctly. It would be nice if the instructions included pictures or mentioned that it was near the sandwich shop. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would stay here again.

We LOVED this apartment. Super clean and spacious. It is up 3 flights of stairs but once inside it is very cute. Great location just a 5 minute walk to the Uffizi and 10 minute walk to the Duomo.
