Great

Stayed with family

The room was adequate for our overnight stay. The shower was really good and all the basic usual were there. The welcome from Nadine was excellent as well as the rest of the staff. We really enjoyed the breakfast, thank you Chef. Overall the Linden Tree is a good, basic stopover, especially if staying overnight after watching the Cherry and Whites.

Solo stay · For business

The property is a public house which is not permanently staffed and opens 5 pm to 10 pm In evening. Check in advertised 4 pm to 10 pm but staff member arrived to unlock at 5.15 pm when there were also ten customers waiting to gain access. I was supplied with a key to gain access after 10 pm. I returned 11.15 pm and was conscious I was the only occupant in the large building overnight. Left very early at 7 am the following morning for work. Not able to formally checkout

The property had just been taken over, I am sure she will make it really good given time. It's an old building but in reasonable condition
