Property located is very convenient to Eminonu tram and bus stop. Very walkable to Spice and Grand Bazar as well as walking or taking tram or bus across the bridge to Galata Tower and Istiklal street. Great access to dining, food, convenience store options downstairs all within 1/2 block with prices geared towards locals. This is a budget friendly hotel. Its a place to rest your head at night after a long day if exploring the the great city of Istanbul. The rooms are basic at best but is a great value with a excellent location.

Families stay away from this property. I was charged in full taken from my account without my consent but I was still happy to walk away as we did not feel safe. I will raise a formal complaint against them.

This place is the worst place I have ever been to. Firstly the pictures are deceiving as it's not actually the place. The manager is extremely rude and refused to give us the room we paid for when he said he would earlier during the day. The rooms were very small that was hard to even breath. The worst of all they lied to ebookers when I tried to get a refund saying that they had given us the room we wanted. I am appalled that hotel like this is even functioning as the manager is even rude to his customers. In Istanbul avoid this hotel if you can at any circumstances.

Note for travellers: If you are unable to handle stairs or walking, this hotel is not appropriate for you (no elevator, no main floor rooms, located far from major attractions) If you don't mind walking a bit, then this hotel is great value for the money. Please remember that it's not a 5 star hotel, but given the rating, we found the rooms to be very large and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and hard working, especially Mehmet. The neighbourhood is a very poor neighbourhood so it may look rough, but in fact the shops all around were good, and they were cheaper than the tourist district. Local restaurants were very cheap but food was good. It is difficult to bring a car down this street but not impossible. We managed to unload our luggage in front of the hotel and then move the car to a paid auto park.
