Our stay exceeded every expectation. The level of hospitality was exceptional from beginning to end. Housekeeping and room service were impeccable, with our room refreshed daily, and every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The dining experience was equally impressive. Every meal was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared, tasting just as wonderful as it looked. We were also pleasantly surprised with thoughtful touches throughout our stay, including elegant postcards, delicate macarons, and a complimentary bottle of wine, all of which made the experience feel even more special. The hotel’s location could not have been better. It offered breathtaking views and was perfectly situated within walking distance of excellent restaurants, popular attractions, and even the art museum, making it easy to explore the area without relying on transportation. Choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions of our trip. Every detail reflected care, elegance, and exceptional service. It made for an unforgettable experience, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

We had an excellent experience at this Hotel, the staff was very professional and attentive to the smallest detail. The welcoming drink and wine tasting experience was very enjoyable, they have curated and excellent wine selection. The welcoming pastel de nata was a sweet treat. The chocolates, the wine and every single small detail made us feel welcome and cared for. I would come back to this Hotel without a doubt.

Breakfast, would be a bit better more choice, veggies, fruits in buffet, but overall very ok

Great location, good breakfast and service. They ran out of amenities ( like coffee, towels for turn down) otherwise it’s a lovely hotel with good comfort and convenience.

Our stay here was excellent. The staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations for dinner/lunch and provided great transportation options for us. All in all a great experience. Wine tasting was a bonus!

Absolutely amazing staff, super helpful and friendly. I’d stay here over and over and over again. The location of the hotel was perfect and the rooms were absolutely beautiful and amazing. Even the history of the place made it feel that much more unique and special. Just an overall amazing place with complimentary treats and a drink.
