Solo stay

Hotel is OK but staff leave a lot to be desired. I made a simple request to make a change to my booking. The front desk manager said it “shouldn’t be a problem” however his colleagues, notably Marah in reservations seemed to go out of their way to make it a problem. In consequence, I switched to another hotel and shall never return.

Pool was poor, huge building site made the pool area extremely windy and lack of sunlight. Rooms don't have fridges which I find ridiculous in KSA with the temperature being over 35 degrees in the summer.
